Objective:To establish a ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-QqQ-MS/MS) method for the simultaneous determination of ten kinds of stilbene glycosides in Polygoni Multiflori Radix praeparata

and compare their contents in samples from different origins. Method:The determination was performed on the ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18(2.1 mm×100 mm

1.8 μm);with 0.1% formic acid water(A) and 0.1% formic acid acetonitrile(B) as the mobile phase for gradient elution. The flow rate was 0.5 mL·min-1and the column temperature was 40℃. The extracted ion chromatograms were obtained with ESI- ion source under negative ion detection method

and the peak area was used for quantitative analysis. Result:The resveratrol

r ≥ 0.998 7.The average recovery rate was 96.5%-106.3%

RSD ≤ 3.5%. Conclusion:The established method is simple

accurate and reproducible for the determination and quality control of Polygoni Multiflori Radix.
