目的:优选艾叶制绒工艺,进而比较不同产地艾叶的出绒率。方法:采用摇摆式高速万能粉碎机粉碎艾叶,然后借助电动振筛机除去粉末残渣,选择投料量、粉碎时间、药典筛大小、筛分时间为自变量,艾叶出绒率和残渣质量为因变量,通过单因素实验优选艾叶制绒工艺,进而采用确定的工艺方法测定不同产地艾叶的出绒率。结果:优选的制绒工艺如下:最佳投料量为80 g,制得等级为5:1~10:1艾绒的合适粉碎时间为4~7 min,采用1号药典筛,筛分时间为110 s。采用优选的制绒工艺,比较不同产地艾叶的出绒率,当粉碎时间为4 min时,不同产地艾叶出绒率由大到小的顺序为河南省安阳市汤阴县(24.10%) > 河南省南阳市桐柏县(20.99%) > 河北省安国市(18.54%) > 河南省南阳市方城县(17.91%) > 河南省南阳市宛城区(15.45%) > 湖北省黄冈市蕲春镇野生(14.56%) > 湖北省黄冈市蕲春镇人工种植(12.02%) > 河南省南阳市西峡县(8.34%);当粉碎时间为7 min时,不同产地艾叶出绒率由大到小的顺序为河南省南阳市桐柏县(9.05%) > 河北省安国市(7.60%) > 河南省南阳市方城县(6.58%) > 河南省南阳市宛城区(6.04%) > 湖北省黄冈市蕲春镇野生(5.12%) > 河南省安阳市汤阴县(4.51%) > 湖北省黄冈市蕲春镇人工种植(4.43%) > 河南省南阳市西峡县(1.50%)。结论:优选的艾叶制绒工艺合理可行,当粉碎时间为4 min时,产自安阳汤阴、南阳桐柏、河北安国的艾叶出绒率较高;当粉碎时间为7 min时,产自南阳桐柏、河北安国、南阳方城的艾叶出绒率较高。
Objective: To select the optimal moxa production techniques and compare the moxa yield rate of Artemisiae Argyi Folium from different origins. Tongbo in Nanyang and Anguo in Hebei was relatively higher;while the pulverizing time was set at 7 min
the moxa yield rate of Artemisiae Argyi Folium originated from Tongbo in Nanyang
Anguo in Hebei and Fangcheng in Nanyang was higher.
