Objective:To optimize the processing technology of Alismatis Rhizoma with salt
and clarify the processing parameters
in order to provide the basis for standardized production and quality control of Alismatis Rhizoma. Method:With comprehensive score of total content of five ingredients(alismoxide
23-acetyl alisol C
alisenol
alisol B and 23-acetyl alisol B)
content of alcohol soluble extract and appearance score as indicator
single factor tests and orthogonal test were adopted to optimize processing technology of salt-processed Alismatis Rhizoma by taking moistening temperature
moistening time
slice thickness and others as factors.UPLC was employed to determine contents of these five ingredients with mobile phase of acetonitrile-water for gradient elution and detection wavelength at 208 nm. Result:Optimum processing technology of salt-processed Alismatis Rhizoma was as followings:moistening temperature of 75℃
slice thicknesses of 4 mm
moistening time of 1.0 h
drying temperature of 65℃
2 kg salt dissolved with 13 kg water for each 100 kg of Alismatis Rhizoma
moistening for 3 h
stir-frying for 8 minutes under 160℃. Conclusion:This optimized production process of salt-processed Alismatis Rhizoma has good feasibility and controllability
which is suitable for industrial production of this decoction pieces.
