Objective:To investigate the inhibitory effect of oxymatrine on C-Jun N-terminal kinase(JUK)/extracellular-signalregulated kinase(ERK)/protein kinase B1(Akt1) signal in cardiac fibroblasts (CFs) proliferation induced by aldosterone (ALD) in vitro. Method:CFs were isolated and purified by differential adhesion. CFs were identified by anti-vimentin immunofluorescence staining. The experiment included control group (DMEM medium)
