摘要

目的：探讨耳聋左慈丸加味联合声治疗对肾精亏虚型耳鸣的临床疗效和对超氧化物歧化酶（SOD），丙二醛（MDA），谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（GSH-Px），总抗氧化能力（T-AOC）指标的影响。方法：将79例患者随机按数字表法分为对照组39例和观察组40例。对照组采用声治疗，观察组在声治疗的基础上采用耳聋左慈丸加味内服。两组疗程均为连续治疗3个月。进行治疗前后耳鸣严重程度、耳鸣残疾评估量表（THI），用焦虑自评量表，睡眠自评量表（SRSS）和肾精亏虚证评分；检测治疗前后SOD，MDA，GSH-Px和T-AOC水平。结果：经秩和检验，观察组临床疗效优于对照组（Z=1.936，P<0.05）；观察组患者耳鸣残疾程度轻于对照组，差异有统计学意义（Z=1.848，P<0.05）；治疗后观察组患者耳鸣残疾程度轻于对照组，差异有统计学意义（Z=1.887，P<0.05）；治疗后观察组患者耳鸣严重程度，THI，SA，SRSS和肾精亏虚证评分均低于对照组（P<0.01）；治疗后观察组患者MDA水平低于对照组，SOD，GSH-Px和T-AOC水平均高于对照组（P<0.01）。结论：在声治疗的基础上，耳聋左慈丸加味治疗肾精亏虚型耳鸣患者，可减轻耳鸣严重程度和耳鸣残疾程度，改善临床症状，并对焦虑和睡眠有明显的改善作用，还具有一定的抗氧自由基损伤作用，临床疗效优于单纯的声治疗。

Abstract

Objective:To discuss the clinical efficacy of modified Erlong Zuoci Wan combined with acoustic therapy for tinnitus (deficiency of kidney essence)

and investigate its effects on superoxide dismutase (SOD)

malondialdehyde (MDA)

glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC). Method:Seventy-nine patients were randomly divided into control group (39 cases) and observation group (40 cases) by random number table. Patients in control group got acoustic therapy. Based on the treatment in control group

patients in observation group additionally received modified Erlong Zuoci Wan. The treatment course was 3 months in both groups. Before and after treatment

and it can also resist oxygen free radical damage

with better clinical efficacy than pure acoustic therapy.
