丹参始载于《神农本草经》,丹参具有活血祛瘀、凉血消痈的功效,近代药理学研究发现丹参具有强心、改善微循环、抗血栓等作用。临床当中常用丹参的水煎剂,丹参的水煎剂的溶解成分主要为丹酚酸类物质,其中丹酚酸类物质当中的丹酚酸B是丹参水溶性成分之一,具有很强的生理学活性,丹酚酸B是丹酚酸类物质当中抗氧化作用最强的。丹酚酸B在体内具有调节烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸磷酸(NADPH)氧化酶,脱偶联型内皮一氧化氮合酶(eNOS),并通过调节Janus蛋白酪氨酸激酶2/信号转导子和转录激活子3/血管内皮生长因子(JAK2/STAT3/VEGF)和肿瘤阻抑蛋白(p53),B细胞淋巴瘤-2(Bcl-2),Bcl-2相关X蛋白(Bax),半胱氨酸的天冬氨酸蛋白水解酶-3(Caspase-3)抗凋亡通路,抑制细胞外信号调节激酶/有丝分裂原活化蛋白激酶(ERK/MAPK),c-Jun氨基末端激酶/有丝分裂原活化蛋白激酶(JNK/MAPK),丝裂原活化蛋白激酶p38(p38 MAPK)和雌激素受体

细胞上的叉头转录因子1/超氧化物歧化酶(SIRT3/FOXO1/SOD2)抗氧化通路和促自噬通路抑制氧化应激,保护组织器官免受氧化损伤。本文从丹酚酸B抗氧化应激损伤的通路研究出发,综述近五年发表在国内外期刊的相关研究,为扩大丹酚酸B临床应用范围提供新的思路。
