目的:

该文通过研究不同施氮(N)量对刺五加幼苗生长发育及抗氧化酶的影响,筛选出适宜其生长发育的氮肥施用量。为刺五加人工栽培的科学施肥提供依据和指导。
方法:

采用单点单因素大田实验,以长势均一的1年生刺五加幼苗为研究样本,进行5个不同的施氮量处理,分别为N1组(30 g·m
-2
),N2组(60 g·m
-2
),N3组(90 g·m
-2
),N4组(120 g·m
-2
),N5组(150 g·m
-2
),以及CK组(0 g·m
-2
)。3个月后,收获时测定植株鲜重、根鲜重、叶鲜重、茎鲜重,干燥至恒重后测量植株干重、茎干重、叶干重以及根干重。采集植物新鲜叶片测量丙二醛(MDA)含量及过氧化氢酶(CAT),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),过氧化物酶(POD),酸性磷酸酶(ACP),抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)等抗氧化酶活力。
结果:

N4处理组最利于刺五加植株生物量的积累,该处理下刺五加幼苗产量最高,N3处理组的刺五加蛋白质含量最高,N3处理组各抗氧化酶活力均最低,表示此时植株所受环境胁迫影响最小。
结论:

刺五加幼苗对施氮量存在剂量效应关系,即低施氮量处理和高施氮量处理都会对刺五加造成逆境胁迫,且低施氮量环境下的抗氧化酶活力高于高施氮量,通过研究,得出适宜刺五加生长的施氮量为90~120 g·m
-2
。

To study the effect of different N application rates on the growth and development of
Acanthopanax senticosus
and the changes of antioxidant enzyme activity
and screen out the suitable amount of nitrogen fertilizer for its growth and development
in order to provide scientific evidence for rational fertilization of
Acanthopanax senticosus
in artificial cultivation.

Conclusion:

There is a dose-effect relationship between seedlings and the nitrogen application rate.That is to say
low nitrogen application rate and high nitrogen application rate will cause stress on
Acanthopanax senticosus
and the activity of antioxidant enzymes under low nitrogen application rate is higher than that under high nitrogen application rate.
