摘要

目的: 建立高效液相色谱法测定板蓝根制剂中R

S-告依春的含量。方法: 采用Shiseido C18 MG(4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm)色谱柱

流动相甲醇-0.02%磷酸溶液(7 ∶93)

检测波长245 nm

流速1.0 mL ·min-1

柱温30 ℃。结果 :R

S-告依春在0.004 9~0.312 0 g ·L-1内呈良好线性

r=1.000 0

平均回收率99.0 %(RSD 2.04%)。结论 :通过对市售15批板蓝根颗粒

8批复方板蓝根颗粒和3批板蓝根茶的含量测定

证明方法简单

准确可靠

重复性好。

Abstract

Objective: To develop a quantitative reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography method for determination of R

S-goitrin in Banlangen preparations. Method: The samples were separated at 30 ℃ on a Shiseido C18 MG( 4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm) column eluted with methanol-0.02% phosphate(7 ∶93) as the mobile phase. Flow rate was set at 1.0 mL ·min-1 and the detection wavelength was set at 245 nm. Result: The calibration curve of R

S-goitrin was linear within the range from 0.004 9 to 0.312 0 g ·L-1(r=1.000 0) and the average recovery was 99.0 %(RSD 2.04 %). Conclusion: The developed method was proved to be simple

reliable and useful by analysis of 26 batches of the samples purchased from different areas.
