摘要

目的: 基于莫诺苷转化现象研究山茱萸环烯醚萜苷的提取工艺。方法: 采用正交试验法

优选山茱萸环烯醚萜苷提取工艺。结果: 山茱萸中环烯醚萜苷的最佳提取工艺为:以水做提取溶剂

加10倍量水

提取3次

每次80 min

莫诺苷转移率为145%

马钱苷为92%。结论: 优选所得山茱萸提取工艺稳定、合理

可大量提高莫诺苷的提取量。

Abstract

Objective: Study on extracting technology of iridoid glycoside from Corni Fructus based on transformation of morroniside. Method: The optimal conditions for extracting iridoid glycoside from Corni Fructus were studied by orthogonal design. Result: The optimal conditions of refluxing method were as follows: water was used to extract for 3 times and ten times volume of solvent was used to extract for 80 minutes for each time

morroniside transformationrate was 145%

loganin was 92%. Conclusion: The optimum extraction processes are stable and feasible. Extraction of morroniside is increased.
