摘要

目的: 建立一种大蒜提取物中总皂苷含量的测定方法。方法 :以知母皂苷 A-Ⅲ为对照品

香草醛-高氯酸比色法测定大蒜提取物中总皂苷含量。结果 :知母皂苷 A-Ⅲ 在20.16~181.44 μg与吸光度呈良好线性关系

回归方程为Y=4.839X+0.066

r=0.999 5(n=9)

平均回收率100.6％

RSD 1.5％。结论 :该方法简单

准确性、重复性良好

可作为大蒜提取物中总皂苷质量控制方法。

Abstract

Objective: To develop a method for content determination of total saponins in garlic extract. Method : Timosaponin A Ⅲ was used as a reference substance

and vanillin-perchloric acid was applied as coloring reagent to determine the content of total saponins. Result : The calibration curve of timosaponin A Ⅲ showed good linearity in the range of 20.16-181.44 μg

and the regression equation was Y=4.839 6X+0.066 6

r=0.999 5.The average recovery rate was 100.6％

and RSD was 1.5％. Conclusion : The determination method is simple

sensitive and accurate

which can be used for evaluating the quality of total saponins in the garlic extract
