目的: 建立益髓生血颗粒的质量标准。方法: 采用TLC对处方中的山茱萸

制何首乌

灸黄芪

当归

补骨脂和砂仁进行定性鉴别;用HPLC测定益髓生血颗粒中马钱苷的含量。结果: 薄层图谱斑点清晰

阴性对照无干扰;马钱苷在0.13 ~0.78 μg呈良好的线性关系

平均回收率为101.3%

RSD为2.02%。结论: 建立的方法简便

准确

重复性好

精密度高

可用于益髓生血颗粒的质量控制。

Abstract

Objective: To establish the method for quality control of Yisui Shenxue granules. Method: The herb medicines including medical dogwood

prepared fleeceflower root

milkvetch root

chinese angelica

malaytea scurfpea fruit and villous amomrum fruit were identified by TLC and the content of loganin in Yisui Shenxue granules was determined by RP-HPLC. Result: The herbs can be effectly identified by TLC. Loganin was linear in the range of 0.13-0.78 μg

and the average recovery was 101.3% (RSD 2.02%). Conclusion: The method is simple and rapid which can be used for the quality control of Yisui Shenxue granules.
