目的: 观察檀香不同提取物对小肠推进和胃排空的影响
探讨其作用机制。 方法: 小鼠随即分为空白对照组
各提取部位组。各给药组ig相应药物
给药剂量按生药量计为1.9 g·kg-1
空白对照组ig等体积蒸馏水。每日1次
连续ig 3 d。采用酚红排空法
以正常、新斯的明、阿托品负荷为实验模型
观察檀香不同提取物对小鼠小肠推进和胃排空的影响。 结果: 檀香水提液、醇提液、挥发油、水提液乙醚萃取部位对正常小鼠胃排空有抑制作用(P<0.05)
表现为胃残留率增大。檀香水煎液、醇提液、水提液乙醚萃取部位阿托品造成的小鼠胃排空抑制模型有拮抗作用(P<0.05)
表现为残留率减小
檀香水煎液对阿托品造成的小鼠小肠推进抑制模型有拮抗作用(P<0.05)
表现为推进率增大。檀香水煎液、醇提液、挥发油、醇提液乙酸乙酯萃取部位对新斯的明造成的小鼠胃排空亢进模型有拮抗作用(P<0.05)
表现为残留率增大
檀香水煎液、醇提液、挥发油、水提液乙醚萃取部位、醇提液乙醚萃取部位、醇提液乙酸乙酯萃取部位对新斯的明造成的小鼠小肠推进亢进模型有拮抗作用(P<0.05)
表现为推进率减小。檀香水提液部位、醇提液部位、挥发油部位和醇提液乙醚部位对新斯的明造成的小鼠胃排空亢进模型有拮抗作用(P<0.05)
表现为排空率增大。 结论: 檀香对小鼠小肠推进和胃排空有双向调节作用
檀香水煎液、醇提液对阿托品造成的肠松弛模型及新斯的明造成的肠痉挛模型均有明显的拮抗作用
檀香挥发油在新斯的明造成的肠痉挛模型中表现出明显的拮抗作用
故可认为檀香水煎液、醇提液、挥发油是檀香"行气"作用的有效部位。
Objective: To observe effects and mechanism of the Santali Albi Lignum different extracts on small intestine propulsion and gastric emptying. Method: Mice were randomly divided into control group and groups of extracted parts. The treatment groups take corresponding exreacts with dose of 1.9 g·kg-1
once a day for 3 days. Phenol red emptying method was used
