    • Exploring Common Principles and Characteristic Differences in Stir-frying Through Varied Processing Techniques

    • In the field of traditional Chinese medicine processing, expert systems have analyzed the influence of frying degree and auxiliary material type on the physicochemical properties, efficacy, and toxicity of traditional Chinese medicine. They have established a three-dimensional regulatory mechanism of "efficacy substance process" and a five dimensional regulatory characteristic mechanism, providing theoretical basis and practical guidance for the standardization of traditional Chinese medicine processing and the improvement of efficacy.
