        摘要：This paper described a HPLC method where by paeoniflorin and puerarin in Gentongping granule were simultaneously determined.The result showed that this method was convenient,rapid and accurate.The average recoveries of paeoniflorin and puerarin were 99.11% and 97.84% respectively and relative standard deviations were 1.83% and 1.91% respectively.Therefore.the method can be used for the quality control of Gentongping granule.

        摘要：Ligustilide in the samples was isolated with methanol,and then,the extract was developed on thin-layer plates of gel G with the mobile phase consisting of petroleum ether(60～90C)-ethylacetate(9.5:0.5).Determinations were carried out with Shimadzu CS-930 TLC scanner with λEX-313nm.The linear range was 1～8μg and average recovery of ligustilide from the samples was 101.3% with RSD=3.2%

        摘要：Huanglian Ajiao Capsula,derived from modification of Huanglian Ajiao decoction,Was used to treat menopausal syndrome.The results showed that Huanglian Ajiao capsule not only can mitigate menopausal syndrom symptoms,but also exhibit shorter course of treatment and better effect in long-term follow-up with less adverse reaction than Nilestrial Tablets.

        摘要：440 cases of soft tissue injury were observed,320 of which were treated by sanse plaster with a total effectiveness of 96.88%,and the rest(120 cases)by shukang plaster as a reference drug with a total effectiveness of 69.17%.Based on clinical symptoms and signs,Sanse plaster was obviously better than the control group in detumescence,analgesia and functional improvement of the joint.And statistic data revealed a signifiacant difference between the two groups.Sanse plaster had no toxic effect,skin allergic and irritant reaction.

        摘要：The tincture for antitinea pedis and antibromhidrosis was found to inhibit growth of trichophyton rubrum,T.gypseum,Microsporum gypseum,M.lanosum,Epidermphyton floccosum in vitro.The safety test showed that,When it was applied to the rat skin,mild congestion in the local skin can be observed.No carcinogenesis of the tincture was found.

        摘要：The effect of Shenbai granule(SBG) and the Western medicine on the hypocytosis caused by chemotherapy were studied in 238 cancer patients.They were divided into A and B groups at random.It Was shown that the effect of group A(SBG) was obviously superi or to that of group B(Western Medicine)in protection of bone marrow,Furthermore,SBG could relief the other toxic or side effects induced by chemotherapy in cancer patients.

        摘要：Effect of Xingnaokang formula(XNKF)on cerebral tolerance to anoxia was studied in rats and mice.The effects of XNKF on cerebral circulation were also examined by electromagnetic flow meter in dogs.The findings revealed that XNKF(6.0、12.0g/kg ig)significantly prolonged the survival time of the animals with cerebral ischimia anoxia and the lasting time of cerebral electrical activities in rats after their tracheae were blocked XNKF extraction(10.0、20.0g/kg iv)can also dilate the cerebral blood vessels,decrease the resistance of cerebral blood vessels,and increase the flow of cerebral blood in dogs.In the primary period of its action,XNKF extraction can lower the myocardial tension-time index steadily and the blood pressure temporarily,but no effect on heartbeat in dogs.

        摘要：Anti-shock of Niajao Dihuang granule was investigated by using E.coli endotoxic shock model in rats.Niujao Dihuang granule could markedly inhibited arterial pressure fall induced by injecting endotoxic intravenouly in rats(P<0.01),antagonize contents increase of plasma tumor necrosis factor(TNF)and tissue factor(TF)(P<0.05),enhance tissue factor pathway inhibitor(TFPl)/tissue factor(TF)ratio(P<0.05),and prevented decrease of platelet count and plasma anti-thrombinⅢ(AT-Ⅲ)activity(P<0.05)in shock rats.

        摘要：The protective effects of Yisui capsule on osteoporosis induced by retinoic acid was studied in rats.By processing and analysing the index figures with IBAS 2000 General Graph Analysis System(U.S.A),indicaes that Yisui capsule was found to display obvious action in increasing the femur density,thickness of trabecula and cortex,trabecual area(P<0.001)in rats with experimental osteoporosis,and it could remarkably improve fatigue and increase the pain threshhold.

        摘要：The present investigation showed that Theanol capsule possessed an stimulating effect on humoral nonspecific immunity,and improved antistress ability in the mice,but it inhibited the delayed allergy.In addition,the activity of SOD in red blood cells and the number of white blood cell were remarkably increased by Theanol capsule.The result of acute toxic test indicated that the LD50 of Theanol capsule was 4.58±0.47g/kg in the mice.With chronic toxicology.Theanol capsule at doses of 3.0g/kg appeared to obviously change liver function and decrease the numbers of white blood cells in the rats.After the durg Was stoped,the rats can recover from those adverse reactions.In no pathological abnormality in the tissues of rats as abserved.

        摘要：Keaili capsule(30、10、5g crude herbs/kg P.0)could inhibit cancer growth in the mice with various tumors such as U14、FC and H22 cancer strains.It can increase curative effect on tumor U14 of mice when combined with cyclophosphamide together.Furthermore,It could raise remarkably the number of leukocyte、lymphocyte and nulceated cells of bone marrow in mice poisoned with cyclophosphamide.

        摘要：Yiganshu extract depressed lymphocyte proliferation in normal BALB/c mice in vivo,while the extract stimulated lymphocyte proliferation in immunosuppressed mice in duced by prednisoloni,but the extract had no significant effects on limphocyte proliferation induced by ConA.The extract enhanced NK cell activity in vivo.It also significantly increased the production of IL-2 by cultured spleen cells of BALB/c mice treated PO with Yiganshu.
