        摘要：The simultaneous determination of berberine and palmatine by reversed phase high perfomance liquid chromatography was described.Their separation can be achieved within 10 min,employing a 30 cm column packed with waters Dalta park C-18.This method was charateried by its rapiduess and accuracy.

        摘要：The effect of Bushen Tianjing formula on wistar rats 24 months old was observed.It was found that the formula could lower lipofuscin content in brain cells,and increase blood SOD level,while blood LPO level was deereased,indicating that the formula may possess antiaging action.

        摘要：Baihe Gengnianan granule at a dosage of 1.5、3.0 or 6.0 g/kg,when given orally to the mice,was observed tpo depress spontaneous and passive movement,counteract the hyperkinesis induced by apomorphine,possess analgesic effect and synergistic intesaction in the combination with pentobarbital sodium,and also antagonize stimulation of sympathetic nerves.

        摘要：A comparative investigation on Pharmacodynamics of Xiangsha Liujun granule and Xiangsha Liujun Pill was carried out.The experimental findings showed that the medicinal granules was superior to the pill in the following activities:protecting gastric mucosa,improving gastrointestinal peristalsis,and invigorating the stomach functions.

        摘要：Experimental results showed that Dachengqi Decoction (DT) without Mirabilite could inhibit the excessive inducing effect of LPS on TNF。IL-1,IL-6 of pulmonary maerophage in vitro.When DT was administered orally to rats with enterogenous endotoxernia(EETM),the total phospholipid level,albumin level,surface tension value of BALF,the phagocytosis percentage to NBT by pulmonary alveolar monocyte/macrophage and the ratio of 6-Keto-PGFl1a/TXB2 in lung tissue were all improved as compared with the model group,indicating that DT has protective effect against EETM.

        摘要：In this study,Dachengqi Decoction without Mirabilite and bile salts was observed to have direct inactivating effect on LPS,which was measured by Tachypleus Amebocyte Lysate quantitative test in vitro.when normal rats were administered with DT orally,the inactivating ability of the plasma on LPS was increased.When DT was administered to the model rats with enterogenous endotoxemia(EETM),the heptic regional blood flow(ml/100g/min),bile flow and the bile inactivating ability on LPS has been improved greatly.

        摘要：Gubao decoction at a dose of 5、l5g/kg was orally given to 3-month-old SD rats 6 times perweek for 180 days.The proximal tibiae of rats were processed and undecalcified for histomorphometric analyses.In comparision with control rats,the resorption of bone trabecula in the rats receiving high dose of the decoction was significantly decreased(-31%),while trabecular bone areas were increased(+39%).

        摘要：Zhenlong granulae,a medical formula of traditional Chinese medicine,was observed to significantly inhibit prostate growth,and decrease the wet weight of the gland and its DNA content in infant mice.Furthermore,mouse prostatic hyperplasia induced by sc testosterone propionate of by the implantation of three intact fetal urogenital sinus was prevented by oral administration of the granulae 10～40 g/kg.The activity of serum acid phosphatase and DNA content in prostatic tissue were decreased in the mice with prostatic hyperplasia.

        摘要：Primary liver carcinoma Was treated by Shenqi Yiai injection in comparion with a conventional chemotherapy as a control.The injection was able to mitigate the syndrome of primary liver carcinoma with qi and blood stasis,improve life qualily,prolong survival time and exhibit focus,with an therapeutic effect on the cancer.The general effective rate being 62%.The injection was more potent than the control group(p<0.01).

        摘要：Epithelial hyperplasia of esophagus as a precaneerous lesion was clinically treated by Zengshengping tablets.Both improvement of clinical symptoms and examination by fiberoptic esophagoscopy or pathological biopsy appeared to favour more the tablet therapy than the control one.The tablet was found to be more potent against the epithelial hyperplasia with a syndrome of heat stagnation in the interior than the one with a syndrome of stagnation of Liver-qi

        摘要：Zengmian prescription was formulated based on the theory of mild reinforcing Yin Yang.The observation on 116 cascs in the group treated with the prescription revealed that this prescription could counteract respiratory tract infection,with total effective rate being 94.8%,which was higher than 68.75% in the control group.After the treatment,the indexes of cell-ular immunity,and IgG、IgA、SIgA and hemoglobin were all improved,while there were no changes in the immunological indexes following exposure to gamma globulin as a reference drug.
