        摘要：Determination of peimine and peiminine in Shedan Chuanbei Oral liquid was carried out with Shimadzu CS-9000 TLC Scanner.The avarage recoveries of the above two compounds from the samples were 97.48% and 99.25%.Thin layer chromatography was performed to identify peimine and peiminine in the other preparalions containing bulbus fritillariae thunbergii in this study.

        摘要：An experimental nephrotic syndronie in rats was estabilished by a single intravenous injection of adriamycin 7.5mg/kg,It was characterized by heavy albuminuria, hypoproteinemia, swelling of glomerulus,lesion of glomerular polyanion and high concentration of LPO in kidnev tissue. JS at a dose of 5 or 10g/kg po daily could attenuate these pathological changes significantly.

        摘要：In the experiment,the antagonism of Zhuling Decoction to gentamicin-induced acute interstitialI nephritis was observed in SD rats. The results showed that the decoction was able to reduce levels of urinary NAG,24 hour's urinary protein and plasma creatinine,improve creatinine clearance rate,and markedly alleviate nephritic pathologic changes,suggesting that ZhuLing Decoction pronouncedly protected the renal from gentamicin-induced acute nephritic damage.

        摘要：A mucosa inflammation model was set up by either infecting Klebsiella pneumonia or dribbling 2,4-chloronitrobenzene in rat's nasal cavity. Pathological examination confirmed that nasal vestibule appeared to be hyperplasia of squamous epithelium,increase of columnar epithelium and goblet cells ,hemorrhage of mucosa epiderm and leukocyte migration. Tongqiao nasal drops at a high does can improve the syndrome of rat's rhinitis. Pathological changes above mentioned were greatly improved compared with the control groups.

        摘要：Sanshengyin Decoction significantly increased cerebral blcod flow,femoral blood flow and systolic blood pressure, and markedly decreased diastolic blood pressure and difference in fractional pressure of oxygen between carotid artery and cervical vein. The effects of Sanshengyin Decoction as a whole were found to be obviously superior to its individual ingredient or separating prescription made of fewer ingredients. Sanshengyin Decoction as a whole had a less toxicity than its individual ingredient or the separating prescription. Ginger appeared to play an important part in enhancing effects and weakening toxicity of the prescription.

        摘要：Reduqing(RDQ)is an injection composed of four“heat-clearing and detoxifying”Chinese herbs,In this paper,the antipyretic,anti-inflammatory,anti-endotoxin,anti-oxygen free radicals,and immunological and organelles-protected effects of RDQ and its four individual component herbs were comparatively observed.The results showed the effects of RDQ as a whole was most potent as compared with its individual ingredients,suggesting a scientific composition of the 4 ingredients in RDQ.

        摘要：Yantongkang electuary possesses the effects of expelling exopathic wind and relieving sore-throat,clearing heat and detoxicating ,etc. The electuary is used for the treatment of acute pharynigitis and tonsillitis.The results of pharmacodynamic experiments in this study showed that Yantongkang electuary had antibacterial,antiinflammatory,antipyretic and analgesic actions.

        摘要：The effects of a compound prescription Zhixuekang(ZXK) on the aortic endothelial cell injury induced by feeding a hypercholesterol diet in rats for 48 weeks were observed.It was shown that the concentrations of total cholesterol(TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDLc),and LPO in plasma were remarkably lowered,while the level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDLc),and the activity of GSH-PX and SOD were significantly higher in the rats treated with ZXK than in the control rats,Pathological examination also confirmed that aortic endothelial cell injury,smooth muscle cell proliferation and migration were inhibited effectively by ZXK.

        摘要：Significant inhibitory effects of Keliu Pill on hyperplasia of uterine leiomyoma were observed.In this study,a successful pathological model of uterine leiomyoma in a cavy not only was established,but also the experimental data supported the clinical use of the pill to treat uterine leiomyoma.
