        摘要：A quantitative metbd for the determination oh the pueraria content in Xinanning Pian was established. The sampe was extracted with alcohol by reflux in a water bath. The resolution of pueraria and the adjacent peak was 1.5 as determined by RP-HPLC. The number of theoretical plates calculated by pueraria peak was 1510.The standard curve was linear in the range of 0.264～2.640 μg and the correlation coefficient was 0.9999.The average recovery was 100.7%. The method is simple and accurate and thus is satisfactory for the determianation of the pueraria content in Xinanning Pian

        摘要：Chlorogenic acid in Flos lonicerae and“Li Yan Zhi Ke Chong Ji”was determinated by high performance liquid chromatography.Chlorogenic acid was separated on KYWG-C18 column and detected at 323nm,using water-acetonitrile-acetic acid(110:3:3)as mobile phase. There is a good linearity from 0.01 to 0.10 mg/ml of gatrodin(r=0.9998,Y=-2.4605×103＋5.6138ｘ105X). The average recovery was 100.87% and the relative standard deviation was 1.55%(n=6).This method is simple,rapid and reliable.

        摘要：The changes of the content of psoralen and isopsoralen in the formula for tonifying kidney-yang were determined by orthogonal test,L12(211),and thin-layer chromatography. The results showed that the extracted elements of Fructus Psoraleae(FP)was markedly increased by pounding before decocted.In case the FP was decocted together with the Fructus ujubae and Radix Astragali(drugs for strengthening the spleen),the extracted elements of FP are also increased markedly. The experiment also showed that the extracted elements of FP are markedly increased when decocted together with Radix Paeoniae Alba, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Radix Angelicae Sinensis and Semen Cucustae, but a tendency of decrease by decocted with Radix Polygoni Multiflori and Radix Rehmanniae Preparata. These findings revealed the inherent basis ofthe principle of compatibility is“Mutual promoting”.

        摘要：Catalpol stability and change of its content in Yanhoukang oral liquid(a preparation containing Rehmannia glutinosa) were detected by HPLC, following treatment with heating at different temperatures. The results showed that catalpol stability and its content were affected by heating for four at 100℃,but not at 37℃ for three months.

        摘要：Nujin Pill was observed to promote ovarian growth in immature rats,and increase levels of E2, FSH,LH and P in the serum, but decrease levels of FSH,LH in the ovarv-ectomized rats. The results suggested that Nujin Pill could regulate the function of pituitarium-ovary axis.

        摘要：In order to investigate mechanism of Neiyi Ⅱ recipe in treatment of endometriosis,changes of plasma prostaglandin conctntrations were studied in women with endometriosis. It was found that levels of PGE2,PGF1α,TXB2,and 6-keto-PGF1α in plasma became significantly higher in patients with endometriosis than that in healthy women, while the ratio of 6-keto-PGF1α versus TXB2 was much lower in the patients. Plasma FGE2 and PGF1α contents were significantly decreased,and plasma 6-keto-PGF1α level and the ratio of 6-keto-PGF1α/TXB2 were remarkably increased after the treatment with Neiyi Ⅱ.

        摘要：Peroral administration of 500、1000 or 2000 mg/kg of the decoction Chaihu Qinggan Tang signnificantly inhibited the increment of capillary permeability induced by local injection of histamine,5-HT or PEG2 on the rat skin and the granulomatous hyperplasia caued by cotton ball implantation as well.These findings suggested that both exudation in the early stage and granulomatous hyperplasia in the late stage of the inflammation were inhibited by the decoction. The efficiency of the decoction was weaker as compared with that of hydrocortisone(10mg/kg).No side-effect on the immune organs was observed.

        摘要：The results of this study revealed that the administration of the capsule showed the following pharmacological functions in experimental aninials:reducing acute myocardlal infarction size (MJS) of rats by nitroblue tetrazolium technique and the change of ST section and T wave in electrocardiograph (ECG) by i.v. injection of 0.5 U/kg of hypophysine,raising the tolerance of mice to hypoxia,abating the release of creatine phosphokinase (cpk) from the myocardial ischaemia tissue in rats, increasing 86Rb intake of the heart and the myocardial nutritional blood flow in mice. In twenty-four open-chest anesthetized dogs,the capsule expanded coronary arteries,increased the coronary volume of blood flow,and decreased the total peripheral vascular resistance(TPVR).

        摘要：Female Wistar rats of 12 and 6 month-old respectively were employed and randomly divided into four groups:i.e.,treatment,VitE,senile and young groups, The results showed that the weights of uterus and spleen of the treatment group were significantly higher than that of the senile group.So were the ratioes of these organs to their body weight. In addition,SOD activity was increased and MDA content was decreased in the liver tissue of the treatment group.It also showed that there was a normal range among the four groups in appetite,activity and the composition of blood.

        摘要：Thirty patients with chronic aplastic anemia were treated with the prescription of Chinese medicines," Guben Shengxue Wan" in combination with stanozolol.The curative effect was superior to that of the patients treated with stanozolol alone. The experiment of anti-myleran-induced hematopoietic disorder of bone marrow was carried out simultaneously in the two patient groups. The result of the former patient group was superior in decreasing mortality and lowering incidence of hematopoietic disorder to that of the latter.

        摘要：An enterogenous endotoxemia(EETM) model was induced by LPS(p.o.)together with 5-HT and Pb-Acet(iv) in rats. The animals in the Treatment group were administered orally with Dachengqi Decoction(DT) simultaneously. The results showed that the abnormal indexes associated with the biochemical functions of heart,liver and kidey occurred in nondrugtreated group as a control 3 hours after the model was set up,while the protective effect on those biochemical functions was found in the treatment group with DT, suggesting that DT could protect the biochemical functions of the organs above from injury by EETM in rats.
