        摘要：The effect of phospholipid on the extracting rate of the effective elements in fructus psoraleae(FP),when FP was combined with other drugs in Gukang Formula was determined by orthogonal test [L12(211)],and by investigating the extracting rate of phospholipid,psoralen and isopsoralen.The results demonstrated that the solubilization of the active principles in the formula was influenced by many factors,and the content of phospholipid in the formula was one of main factors.

        摘要：Ephedrine in Yuebi decoction was determined by extract-spectrophotometry.A method for determination of obtaining the trichloromethane phase was developed in this study.The average recovery was 98.32% and the relative standard deviation was 2.28%.

        摘要：TLC was used for qualitative identification of Radix Arnebiae,Radix Ginseng Rubra and Cortex Moutan Radicis in Kanghongban Langchuang powder.The content of total naphthoquinones in the power was assayed by spectrophotometry.The maximum absorption was at 519nm.The standard curve was linear in the range of 5～60μg/ml for naphthoquinones.The recovery was 99.8%,RSD=0.7%.

        摘要：The content of evodiamine and rutecarpine in an adhesive preparation for infantile diarrhea was determinated by a TLC-scanning assay.The recovery of evodiamine was 100.4%,RSD 2.83% and rutecarpine's was 101.6%,RSD 2.31%.

        摘要：As compared with 39 patients treated by domperidone as a control,48 patients with functional dyspepsia were treated by Hewei oral liquid.The results revealed significant curative effect of the Hewei oral liquid.The effective rate of Hewei oral liquid was 91.7% and function of stomach and intestines were improved significantly(P<0.01).

        摘要：Liuwei Dihuang Decoction(LWDH)was found to decrease the incidences of lung adenoma in duced by urethan in mice.The effect of LWDH appeared more significant in the mice wirh Yin-deficiency in duced by thyroxine(T3).As compared with healthy mice as a control,the expression of tnmor suppressor gene P53 mRNA in the lungs with adenomas was onticeably reduced,which could be reversed by treatment of LWDH.The same effect of LWDH had been found in Yin-deficiency mice.

        摘要：Fuzheng Huayu(FZHY)Decoction was orally given to rats.Then,the serum was derived from the rats.The results showed that the drug serum could markedly promote both normal and injured hepotocyte proliferation,effectively inhibit ALT and AST activities in the medium and decrease collagen synthesis of both cells.

        摘要：Antipyretic effect of Tiaowei Chengqi Decoction in the rabbits with endotoxemia was observed in this study.The result indicated that Tiaowei Chengqi Decoction could make the fever subside in the model animals and reduce the contents of tumor necrosis factor and the cerebral fever mediator prostaglandine E2 and cyclic adenosine monophosphate.

        摘要：The pathological model of mice was established by suppressed immunological function caused by cyclophosphamide,and then by pulmonary mycosis with candida albicans infection. Therapeutic effects of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction plus a conventional antimycotic drug and the antimycotic drug alone were comparatively investigated.The findings revealed that the combination of the decoction plus the antimycotic drug could display an antimycotic potentiation with higher survival rate in the mice,indicating more potent effect of the drug combination than that of the antimycotic drug alone.

        摘要：Mice were given ig Qiqi Shengbai Oral Liquid daily for 7d before and after whole body radiation with 60Co r-ray.The result showed that Qiqi Shengbai Oral Liquid could increase peripheral white blood cell counts,content of bone marrow DNA,and coefficients of thymus and spleen,and improve general status following the exposure to the radiation.

        摘要：Results showed that paeony was the sovereign drug,while glycyrrhiza was the minister drug and the assistant drug;that the optimal composite ratio of paeony and glycyrrhiza in the decoction was 2:1;that analgesic actions of paeony disappeared when raw glycyrrhiza was used together with paeony;that analgesic target was peripheral nerve,and that the decoction of paeony and glycyrrhiza possessed purging action.

        摘要：Although Manzhi Guben instant grannule did not exhibit any bactericidal or inhibiting activities in vitro,it was found that the infection rates of P.aeruginosa in the experimental rats with the chronic bronchitis treated with the instant granule was lower than that of the on-treated chronic bronchitis rats.Under the electron microscope,the mucosa structural damage of air-ways in the drug-treated rats and the number of adhered bacteria were less than the non-treated rats.

        摘要：Tangniaokang capsule 1.125,2.25g/kg ig 7～14days produced obvious hypolycemic effect in hyperglycemic mice induced by adrenoline and in diabetic rats/mice induced by alloxan,and also reduced serum TC in the diabetic rats,but had no siginficant effect on the blood sugar of normal mice and on the glucose tolerance in rats.
