        摘要：The recovery of the drug extract as the criteria and the orthogonal method were used in this experiment to study eight kinds of the first-decocted hinese drugs. The result showed that water amount、soaking or not and decocting time had different influnece on the recovery of the durg extract.

        摘要：Using TLCS, a method was descrided for determination of sarsasapogenin and berberine hydrochloride content in Zhibai Dihuang pill.The method was accurate and sensitive, and no interference of the other compositions was observed in the determination. Therefore,the method for estimating berberine level can be recommended for the quality control of Zhibai Dihuang pill.

        摘要：Dual wavelength TLC-scanner was employed for determination of Ginsenoside Rg1 in Bingdoukang oral liquid. Radix Aconite Praeparata and Radix Glycyrrhizae were qualitatively identified by TLC, also the limited doses of aconitine was determined.

        摘要：Yugansu Pill was made of several herbs. The quality standard was studied according to requirement by "Evaluation of New Drugs". In addition to the microscopy method, a qualitative identifying method by TLC was established for saikosapoin A and D, forsythin, puerarin and Herba Artemisiae Annuae. And also, baicalin and puerarin were quantitatively determined by HPLC.

        摘要：The determination of protocachuic aldehyde by reversed phase HPLC was described. The separation can be achieved within 10min, employing a 30cm column packed with Dalta Park C-18, using H2O-MeOH-HAc(80∶19∶1) as a moving phase. The recovery and RSD were 98.9% and 1.67% respectively.

        摘要：The content of α-pinene、isoborneol、borneol and menthol in anodyne medicated membrane were determined by GC. Their retention times were 3.03,8.60,9.08,9.55(min).Their recovery were 99.83%,98.73%,98.50%,100.11%, and RSD 1.78%,0.65%,0.57%,0.08%.

        摘要：The animal experiments in this study showed that Buyang Huanwu decoction as a whole had the best effects, such as dissolving fibrin and increasing the activity of fibrinolysin, based on evidence derived from the uniform design, and the relational grade analysis in gray theory. Of all the ingredients in Buyang Huanwu decoction, Radix Angelicas Sinensis, Radix Paeoniae Rubra and Lumbricus played the most important role.

        摘要：The inhibitory effect of Fuzheng Huayu 319 Recipe(319 Recipe) on hepatic fibrogenesis was observed. 319 Recipe was found to reverse hepatic fibrosis. The results indicated that 319 Recipe was more potent than colchicine and Dahuang Zhechong pill not only in inhibiting hepatic fibrogenesis and promoting reversion of hepatic fibrosis, but also in protecting and recovering hepatic functions.

        摘要：In passive avoidance tests, Danggui Shaoyao powder(DSS) markedly promoted the memory of normal mice, and significantly reversed the Scop, NaNO2 or EtOH-induced disruptions of memory retention in mice. In aged mice induced by D-gal, DSS also significantly improved impaired memory, increased the activity of SOD, and decreased the content of MDA in brain

        摘要：In vitro and in vivo antibacterial activities of the “Compound Honeysuckle Flower Oral Liquid” were investigated. The experiments employed multiple clinical isolates as test organisms in vitro and an infected mouse abscess model for in vivo study. The results appeared close to that of clinical features.

        摘要：Experiments in the study showed that Erling Cankang decoction could noticeably promote the endurance and stress reaction ability of mice and improve their immunologic function and reproduction ability. It also could increase the weight of the immature rats′testes, their serum testosterone content, and the weight of the castrated rats′preputial glands and other accessory sexual glands. Besides, it could markedly stimulate the rats′sexual performance and fertility.

        摘要：Baihe Gengnianan granules was found to increase uterine weight in immature mice and ovary-ectomized rats, and horrify vaginal epithelial cells in ovary-ectomized rats and mice, indicating occurrence of estruation. The Baihe Gengnianan granules could increase levels of serum E2,FSH and T in the rats.

        摘要：In the mouse model with insufficiency of Kidney Yang induced by a high dose of hydrocortisone,Yubiao Bushen Yijing pill increased the number of the spontaneous movement,prolonged swimming time,and prevented the body weight losing and the body temperature decreasing.In castrated rats,the pill increased the weight of seminal vesicle,prostate and preputial glands,and shortened the latent period of penis erection induced by electric stimulation.In addition,it could promote the sexual performance in male rats,improved sexual behavior of mice with neuronic sexual disorder.These results suggested that this pill had significant effect tonifying the Kidney and strengthening Yang.
