        摘要：The influence of compatibility in the formula “Huyin Tang” to the extractive rate of effective components of Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati (RPC) was reported. The compatibility of RPC with Fructus Jujubae and Herba Artemisiae Scopariae (HAS) was investigated. The result showed that:the extractive rate of effective components of RPC,such as total anthraquinone,free anthraquinone,total emodin and free emodin,was the highest when RPC alone was decocted,whereas the lowest rate was obtained when RPC was decocted with other ingredients in the formula.

        摘要：The effects of Baoxin pill was investigated in rabbits with atherosclerosis and rats with hyperlipidemia. The results showed that the pill could regulate the ratio of 6-ketone-prostaglandin F1α/thromboxane B2, while gemfibrozil as a reference drug had no such effect. The pill as well as gemfibrozil was observed to improve hemorheological parameters. Baoxin pill could also inhibit platelet aggregation just as aspirin did in the hyperlipidemia rats.

        摘要：It was found that the formula, Yimu Yanshou Fang could regulate 5-HT/DA by decreasing 5-HT content, improve hypothalamic disturbance, indirectly and directly promote the pituitary LH secretion, leading to delaying the aging of neuroendocrine function.

        摘要：JTL could lower the blood glucose in the animal with diabetes induced by alloxan, but not in normal animals. The urine glucose of mice was remarkably decreased following the treatment with the extract. No change of serum insulin level was observed in the rabbits with diabetes after taking JTL.

        摘要：The experiments indicated that hypothermal activity of Jierejing oral liquid was observed in experimental animals with fever caused by yeast and a vaccine combination of typhoid, paratyphoid A and B. Also, marked antiinflammatory action was found in xylene or egg white induced inflammation. The oral liquid appeared to potentiate hypnotic effect of pentobarbital sodium, and to have anti-bacterial action.

        摘要：The anti-inflammatory,diuretic,and immunological actions of Zishen Zhixue tablet were observed in rats and mice.The results demonstrated that Zishen Zhixue tablet significantly inhibited formaldegyde-induced rat foot-plate swelling,agar-induced rat granular hyperplasia and xylene-induced mouse auricula swelling,had diuretic action in the water-loaded rat,and improved humoral and cellular immune functions.

        摘要：Extractum Rhodiole roseal Co.(ERC) significantly increased the cardiac output(CO) myocardial blood flow (MBF),decreased coronary vessel resistance, dropped the elevated level of average ST segment(ST) and the number of the leads with ST segment elevation(N-ST) of epicardial electrocardiogram(EECG),reduced the myocardial infarct scope(MIS).ERC appeared to lower the activities of serum lactic dehydrogenase(LDH) and creatine phosphokinase(CPK) significantly.ERC also could prolong the parameter M,and shorten Ma of thrombelastogram(TEG).

        摘要：An airway stabilizer was clinically found to effectively alleviate bronchial asthma,inhibit the allergic inflammation of the airway,increase lung function and decrease the sensitivity of the airway,indicating the therapeutic advantage of the stabilizer over the conventional western medicine.The research findings in the laboratory revealed that the stabilizer could relax bronchial smooth muscle,inhibit the infiltration of eosinophilic leukocyte in airway mucous membrane and its surrounding tissue,and regulate histamine receptors.

        摘要：In the pathological model of cervical inflammation in rats set up by deep injection of phenol mucilage into vagina,effects of vagina effervescent tablets of chinese drugs on histomorphology of cervical tissue and distribution of hormone receptors were investigated.The experimental findings demonstrated that the intact rate of the cervical local squamous epithgelium in the Chinese-drug-treated group was obviously higher than that in mikerdingtreated group as a control,and leydig's cell inflammation and oedema in the Chinese-drug-treated group was mild as compared with that in the non-treated control group.The number of the hormone receptors in uteri cervix and vaginal epithelium was significantly reduced after the treatment with the Chinese drugs.
