        摘要：Radix et Rhizoma Rhei and Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhiza in Qingchangsan Powder were idendifined by TLC.The contenis of emodin in the preparation was determined by HPLC and Sodium suifate in the preparation determined by Gravimetric method.The methods of the qualitative identification and the quantitative determination can be used for quality control because of their convenience,accuracy and good reproducibility.

        摘要：Using the TLC method, a qualitative analysis of rabdosia rubescens, glycyrrihiza uralensis, platycodon grandiflorum and Mentha haplocalyx Briq in the compound rabdosia rubescens buccal tablets was carried out and the content of oridonin in Rabdosia rubescens was determined by a method of TLC-scanning, which was prover to be easy to carry out and reliable, and which can be used for the quality control standard of this preparation.

        摘要：Therapeutic effect,dosage,medication schedule,and side effects of Duyinxiao capsule were evaluated.The clinical findings revealed that the capsule was able effectively to improve symptoms of with drawal syndrom,easy to be orally administered,and kept its effect for a relatively long period of time,with few side effects.

        摘要：66 cases with the diagnosis of Bi syndrome by TCM and rheumatoid arthristis by western medicine were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group(33 cases)received“Kangbi-891”decoction,and the control group(33 cases)received“Wangbi”granules.The results showed that the improvement of clinical symptoms and experimental parameters in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.

        摘要：Liuwei Dihuang decoction could enhance the MφADCC activity of normal rats,and prevent the decrease of MφADCC activity in the rats with Yin deficiency.The biological function of Sanbufang decoction was the same as that described above for Liuwei Dihuang decoction,but not Sanxiefang decoction.However the latter two decoctions had synergistic action on MφADCC activity certainly.

        摘要：The effects of Buyanghuanwu decoction and its ingredient Radix Astragali seu Hedysari alone or its components possessing activating blood and channels on body weight,serum lipid,aorta TC and TG were studied in the rats with experimental hyperlipemia.The results indicated that both single Radix Astragali seu Hedysari and the drugs for activating blood and channels displayed biological activities such as increase of body weight,decrease of TC,TG content and increase of HDL-C level.Their Lipid-reduced effect was significantly lower than that of Buyanghuanwu decoction.

        摘要：Immunological mechanism of Maiyanxiao(MYX) injection,a traditional chinese medical formula was studied both in vitro and in vivo.Experimental MYX could inhibit PHA-induced proliferation of peripheral blood lymphocytes from healthy donors and show a cytotoxicity towards CD19+ and CD4+ cells in vitro.MYX could suppress the production of antibody IgM-producing cells and spleen weight in mice immunized with sheep red blood cells.In summary,MYX exert an immunosuppress activity.

        摘要：The pharmacodynamics of Toutongping(TTP) granule,a recipe of herbal medicine,was studied.The results showed that the high dosage of TTP(3.2g/kg) can increase the pain thresholds in the tail-hurt test in mice.The various doses of TTP(3.2 or 1.6g/kg)can raise the pain thresholds in hot-plate test and depress the torsive reactions in mice.In addition,whether to add powder of Antelope's horn into the recipe had no effect on its relieving pain.

        摘要：The protective effects of Buxinhuoluo capsule on lesions of myocardial ischemia was studied in the rabbits with acute myocardial infar ction caused by ligation of the left front descending branch of the coronary artery.The results showed that the capsule could obviously reduce the aflicted area of myocardial infarction,definitely lower plasma ET and serum MDA,and increase SOD activites.

        摘要：The therapeutic effect of Chailian Oral Liquid on cold(syndrome of wind-cold with damp)was clinically studied with Huoxiang Zhengqi soft capsule as a reference drug.The results showed that the liquid was total effective rate of 90.91%,While that of the reference drug as a control was 77.5%,indicating significant difference.Remarkable antipyretic effect of the two groups was found,but no difference between the two groups in antipyretic effect was observed.Recovery rate of the abnormal temperature was much higher in the group treated with Chailian Oral Liquid within 24 hours following the medication.
