摘要:The content of glycyrrhizic acid in compound Herba Rabdosiae Rubescentis tablet was determined by TLC scanning method. This method was simple,rapid,accurate and sensitive,and its result was stable and with high reproducibility.The rate of recovery was 98.14%.

摘要:Three kinds of extracting techniques to Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati(RPC)were comparatively studied. The three techniques were as follows: RPC alone and Yigankang formula as a whole with RPC as a main ingredient were extracted with water,and RPC alone was extracted with alcohol. The experimental result showed that the best technique was the last one,by which the extractive rates of total anthraquinone and emodin were 96.7% and 96.1%,respectively,but after recovering alcohol,concentrating and drying,the preserved total anthraquinone and emodin were 68.9% and 65.6% respectively.
摘要:The pharmaceutical technology of Ningshen capsule was determined by observing seven extraction methods with the indexes of the content of asparagine and of the yield of extract. The optimal technology was choiced as decocting in twelvefold water one time for one hour by orthogonal test.

摘要:Based on the dual directional thermoregulation of Guizhi decoction (GZD),the effects of its five ingredients on the thermoregulation were observed respectively. The result indicated that GZD had definite effect on dual-directional thermoregulation and Ramulus Cinnamomi,Radix paeoniae Rubra and Radix Glgcyrrhizae could also bidirectionally regulate the body temperature in varing degree. But Fresh Ginger had the action of elevating the temperature in hypothermic body,and Fructus Jujubae had effect of antipyrexia only.

摘要:Kangdutongyu formula(KTF)could obviously decrease the conditions of pneumonia in rats infected mycoplasma. The experimental results showed that the blood viscosity of low shear and reduction in the treatment group was less than that in the model group,which was close to the normal,and the activity of glutathione peroxidase in plasma in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the model group.
摘要:The rat models with icteric hepatitis induced by α-Naphthylisothiocyanate,were divided into the normal model and therapeutic group. 99mTc-EIDA dynamic tracing was applied to study the influence of the lidanhugan mixture on the liver function of uptaking and excretion of the rats. The image pattern analytical sperometer was utilized to investigate the protective effect of the herbal mixture on the hepatic impairment of the rats.

摘要:We studied the effect of Tongluoxifeng on the metabolism of cerebral oxygenation and blood pressure during cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in the rats by noninvasive near infrared spectroscopy .The results showed that oxyhaemoglobin [HB.O2] & total haemoglobin [HB.T] in the brain tissure decreased after ischemia;but deoxyhaemoglobin [HB] increased after ischemia.After reperfusion,both HB.O2& HB.T returned to the control and exceeded the control,and then decreased again.The reduction of HB.O2 & HB.T after reperfusion in normal saline group was significantly larger than that in Tongluoxifeng group.These results indicated that Tongluoxifeng could prevent the reduction of cerebral blood flow during reperfusion.
摘要:After posterior pituitary hormone(0.5 U/kg)and propanolol(5 mg/kg)were injected through external jugular vein cannula in rats,abnormal ECG changes appeared,which included raised S-T segment,peaked T wave,accelerated heart rate,depressed QRS spike.Hongjingtian Capsule could effectively prevent the above-mentioned ECG changes in experimental animals,which suggested that the capsule had preventive effect on the acute myocardial ischemia with heart failure.
摘要:Based on the clinical experiences,the authors prepared Dongchuang Gel(DCG) by seeking the optimum components of it.The results of pharmacological experiments showed that DCG had a significant treatment effect on the primary cold injury of hind feet in rats.
摘要:Zhenzhu Koutaiyaomo can markedly shorten the healing time of oralmucosa ulcer induced by electric burn in guinea pig and relieve its symptoms.It could sligntly inhibit the α-hemolytic streptococcus.The toxicology study showed that Zhenzhu Koutaiyaomo had no distinct toxicity,stimulation and allergy with smearing on the oral membrane and skin of guinea pig.The maximal tolerance dose of mice is 4 g·kg-1·d-1(ig) which is 7272.73 times as much as it is in the clinical dosage.It demonstrated that Zhenzhu Koutaiyaomo had no toxicity and was used safely in clinic.
摘要:Hanganan (HGA) was orally given and had effects of subduing asthma,relieving cough and inducing sweat in multiple animal models.The experimental results showed that HGA could obviously produce a protective effect on the bronchial asthma induced by inhalation of histamine in conscious guinea-pigs,and inhibit the decrease of pulmonary perfusion flow in isolated lung of guinea-pigs and the cough induced by ammonia water.Also it could markedly inhibit the secretion of sweat gland in rats and mice.
摘要:In the study,the acute and chronic toxicity,allergic reaction and stimulation on blood vessel of Maiyanxiao are reported.The results show that the injection Maiyanxiao is a safety preparation of traditional chinese medicine.
