摘要:The optimal extracting technology of Sijunzi Decoction was selected using Ginseng saponins and total polysaccharides as an index by a uniform design method. The results indicated that the optimal conditions were as follows: the concentration of alcohol was 10% (v/v), the solvent quantity was 13 times as much as the drug quantity, the soak time was 14 hours and the reflux time was 2 hours.
摘要:A comparative studies on water-soluble substances, total volatile oil,and qualitative and quantitative analysis of baicalin, and analgesic effect between Jiuwei Qianghuo herb-tea and Jiuwei Qianghuo decoction were carried out. The findings showed that the herb-tea was better than the decoction in the above indexes.
摘要:Using Maxsil 5 C18column,the contents of Geniposide in Fructus Gardeniae and Huangqin Qingfei decoction were determined by HPLC with a mobile phase of methanol-water-acetic acid (20∶80∶1), at a wavelength of 236nm. The results showed that its recovery rate was 102.8±2.2% withRSDof 1.15%.
摘要:The proralen and isoproralen in Qubai tablets were quantitatively determined by doublewavelength TLC-scanning. The average recoveryof proralen was found to be 98.96% and the relative standard deviation 2.86%(n=5);and the average recovery of isoproralen was 98.38%, with a relative standard deviation of 2.79%(n=5).The method was simple and rapid, with a reliable result.
摘要:Xiaoer Qingre Daozhi granule was qualitatively analysed by TLC. The content of chrysophanol in the granule was determined by TLCS. Simple, accurate and reproducible, this method could be used in the quality control of the preparation.

摘要:A RP-HPLC method was described for the determination of paeoniflorin in Jieheshan and Paeonia lactiflora pall. The sample solution can be injected into a system comprising a column(4.6mmID×25cm) of Alltech C18with 24% methaol as mobile phase and a detection wavelength at 243nm. The average recovery was 99.7% and 101.1%, and RSD were 1.667% and 0.313%,respectively.
摘要:Active fraction A (Fr.A),isolated from Guizhi decoction, could lower body temperature along with a decrease of 5-hydroxy tryptamine (5-HT)content in hypothalamus in febrile rats induced by zymosa. On the other hand,it made fallen temperature rise and increased the 5-HT level in hypothalamus in hypothemic rats induced by aminopyrine. The results showed that Fr.A regulate temperature in a dual-direction pattern and the mechanism was partially related with its influence on content of 5HT in hypothalamus;and its antipyretic effect was associated with its reducing the contents of NE and DA in hypothalamus.

摘要:The anti-recrudescent effects of Qinghaosu(QHS)in combination with sulfa drugs were studied in mice infected with Plasmodium berghei.Results showed that the combinations of QHS 100~400 mg/kg with Sulfadiazine(SD) or Sulfadoxine(SDM′) could eliminate recrudescence of Plasmodium berghei or postpone the interval between parasitemia clearance and its recrudescence. When QHS dose was increased up to 400 mg/kg, all the combinations with different sulfa drugs could delay reappearance of the parasites in the blood, although antimalarial potency of the sulfa drugs varied.
摘要:The antithrombosis of Huayu pill effect on thrombosis induced by laser in vivo and on the blood rheology in vitro were studied. The results showed that Huayu pill can inhibit the platelet aggregation effectively, and many indexes of blood rheology were improved. Huayu pill can also affect the cardiocerebral vessels by improving meningeal microcirculation,and antagonizing the contraction-induced by norepinephrine on the rabbit aortic ring. the Huayu pill can not only protect acute cerebral ischemia and anoxia but also promote the blood circulation.
摘要:Chailian oral liquid was found to have antipyretic effect on yeast-induced fever in rats and on TAB vaccine-induced fever in rabbits.The drug significantly inhibited acute inflammation in mice and relieved cough in mice or guinea pigs.In addition,the drug was observed to possess antibacterial and antiviral effects both in vitro and in vivo.

摘要:Objective:To observe the effect of anti-hepatic fibrosis of Shugan Lipi tablet.Method:Immuno injured fibrosis was induced in rats by bovine serum albumin.The contents of hydroxyproline(Hyp) in liver and serum hyaluronic acid (HA) and other liver function were monitored.Results:The Hyp content and degree of hepatic fibrosis in Shugan Lipi tablet-treated groups were remarkably decreased,compared with the control group,and the serum albumin level significantly increased.
摘要:An in vitro system of pituitary tissue culture and a HPRL(hyperprolactinemia) mice model induced by metoclopramide were used to observe the effects of BTLD.BTLD not only inhibited the PRL(prolactin) secretion by cultured pituitary tissue,but also can antagonize increase of serum PRL,decrease of womb weight and rate of pregnancy,and disorder of sex circle caused by administration of metoclopramide,these actions of BTLD were similar to those of bromocriptine,besides,BTLD could also spur cornification of vaginal epithelium in immature mice.
摘要:Qingre Liyan granule was found to have anti-inflammatory effect in mice with the feet swelling caused by carrageenin and antipyretic effect in febrile rabbits caused by typhoid vaccination.Its inhibitory effect on growth of staphylococcus aureus,hemdytic B streptococcus,pneumococcus and typhoid bacillus were observed.It can increase the lowered level of plasma cAMP in mice with yin deficiency caused by thyroid hormone.
