摘要:The adult rats that were treated with monosodium glutamate (MSG) neonatally to cause a lesion of arcuate nucleus (ARC) in the hypothalamus, showed smaller and lighter thymus and inhibited spleen T-lymphocyte proliferation (LPR), apart from retarded growth. After the treatment with the adult MSG-rats with Zuogui pill, a TCM presoription nourishing and recuperating the Kidney-Yin, we found inhibited cellular immunity was reversed to some extent.It suggested 1.ARC may be a regulator of cellular immunity; 2.Zuogui pill can redress the abnomality of the thymus and LPR.
摘要:The heart failure model of rabbits was built up with the method of half-ligated abdominal aorta and 12 days later after the operation,the model's heart-weight indexes increased,heart systolic and diastolic fuction decreased significantly,as compared with those found in the normal control and the sham operation,Following the treatment with Lujiao Formula,the heart systolic function were improved significantly,but the heart diastalis function were not improved significantly,in the rabbits with heart failure.

摘要:Liuwei Dihuang Decoction (LWDH) can noticeably increase the rate of Mφ Ia expression in rats. The rate of increase was similar to that in the positive control group treated with Jinseng Saponin. In the rats with yin-deficiency due to im. CORT,their Ia expression was suppressed ,while LWDH prescription can also significantly improve the rate of Mφ Ia expression. The three tonic herbs in LWDH prescription were responsible for improving the Mφ Ia expression. The other three purgative herbs had no direct effect on the normal and model rats if used separately, however, if used in combination with the three tonic herbs in the prescription,they can noticeably increase the rate of Mφ Ia expression.
摘要:The experiments were carried out to investigate the effects of Rhodiola sachalinensis complex prescriptions(RSCP) on exercise capacity and red cell immune function in rats. In comparing with the training group, a stronger exercise capacity was found in rats treated with RSCP. It was manifested by raising the percentage of the rats completing training quantity and prolonging the endurance running time. And RSCP could also raise the level of RBC-CR1 rosette forming rate which was inhibited by a long period of heavy load exercise. The results of our experiments suggested that RSCP shows effectiveness in improving the exercise capacity and in restoring the impaired RBC immune function induced by heavy load exercise training.

摘要:The treatment with oraly-taken Fucong tablet and im. gentamycine was found to reduce the ototoxic reaction induced by gentamycine alone. The tablet could protect the cochlear acoustic cells of the guinea pigs, alleviate the damage of cochlear vascular ductus and effectively antagonize ascending audibility threshold caused by gentamycine.
摘要:Lutongding Granule given ig at a dosage of 4 or 2g/kg can significantly improve the hemorheology parameters in experimental hyperviscosity model rats, leading to decrease of Hct,plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity of rats. This drug can also inhibit experimental thrombosis and platelet adhesion,obviously decrease the mouse mortality induced by ADP.
摘要:Gushi Kangfu pill improved the rat osteoporosis caused by retinoic acid. Compared with the retinoic acid group, the pill (6g/kg) enhanced rat relative bone volume, average bone trabecula width and the content of calcium and phosphorus of thigh bone in the rats.
摘要:We used Transfection Cells (HepG2 2.2.15 cells) to observe the inhibiting action of Gankang by detecting HBsAg, HBeAg and HBV-DNA once a day for 13 days. Results:a) There was a similar inhibiting action curve on HBsAg and HBeAg secretion and HBV-DNA replication, which showed it needed 3~4 days to introduce the action, the strong action would maintain 3~5 days, then it decreased to disappear gradually.b) The more active HBV replicated, The stronger Gankang inhibiting action was.c) The relationship of drug quantity and its effects was positive correlation.

摘要:The pharmacological effect of Yangyin Shengxie Formula(YYSXF)was invistigated in the experimental animals irradiated with the60Co-γ rays and in an in vitro biochemical and immunological systems. The results showed YYSXF could raise survival rate of the mice after irradition, increase activity of superoxide dismutose (SOD) and reduce quantity of the lipid peroxide (LPO) in liver and red blood cell, extenuate micronucleus formating in V79-4 cell, promote unscheduled DNA synthesis and induce production of interleukin-2 in spleen cells and protect bone marrow cells in mice.

摘要:It was showed from the anti-virus experiment in vitro that 8mg crude drug/ml of Guizhi decoction could inhibit cytopathy induced by 10 strains of viruses associated with respiratory infection at the different extents.From the in vitro experiment with rats′serum after the oral administration of Guizhi decoction,it was found that the serum(1∶4) could inhibit the proliferation of four strains of viruses including herpes simplex virus I type in Hep-2 cells.The serum had no obviously decreased effects after stored at -20℃.Normal rats′serum also could weakly delay the effects on cytopathy induced by the viruses.
摘要:Bacterial and non-bacterial prostatitis in rats were induced respectively by E.coli and Xiaozhiling injection using the pathological model,experimental study of Yiqianlie Oral liquid was conducted.The results showed that the liquid could inhibit E.coli and significantly increase Zinc content in prostate gland,reduce IgG level in prostate,improve microcirculation and exhibit anti-inflammation activities.
摘要:Pharmacokinetics of baicalin was studied in rabbits.The plasma concentration of baicalin was determinde by HPLC.The concentration time data for baicalin with a three compartment open model was found. For Qingkailing injection,complex prescription containing baicalin,the pharmacokinetic pattern of baicalin was shown to fit a two compartment open model.The results show no significant difference between baicalin and Qingkailing injection's.Baicalin in the statistical moment parameters.
摘要:The in situ hybridization and biomedical image pattern analysis were applied in this experiment to examine P53 mRNA and HSP70 mRNA expression level in vascular dementia (VaD)of brain tissue in rats with MID produced by injecting paraffin oil to left ventricle.The result showed that Naoxie Shutong oral liquid(NXST)can improve the expression of HSP70 mRNA by diminishing the expression of P53 mRNA,leading to accelerating recovery and protecting the ischemic neuron of brain tissue.

摘要:The effects of Da Chengqi decoction,Xiao Chengqi decoction and Tiaowei Chengqi decoction including Rhubarb compared with single Rhubarb on diarrhea were investigated in this paper.It was showed that the effects of Da Chengqi decoction on diarrhea were more than those of Rhubarb,Xiao Chengqi decoction basically equaled to Rhubarb,and Tiaowei Chengqi decoction less than Rhubarb.

摘要:The bile output in rats was investigated at 0.5,1,2,3,4 hour after the separate and the mixed Yinchenhao decoctions were respectively administrated by duodenum.It was showed that both decoctions (14.85g/Kg)could significantly increase the bile output in rats compared with control group.Three dosages of each decoction could obviously increase phagocytic rate and index of celiac macrophage in pathologic model mice induced by prednisone after two decoctions had been administrated for 7 days,as compared with model group.The results indicated that there was no marked difference in two pharmacodynamics of choleretic effect and phagocytic function possessed by separate and mixed Yinchenhao decoctions.

摘要:The effects of Shenfuqing injection on blood pressure,myocardial contration force,mesentery microcirculation in endotoxic and cardiogenic shock rats were observed in this paper.It was showed that shenfuqing injection could markedly improve the above parameters in endotoxic shock rats,but only change the mesentery microcirculation in cardiogenic shock rats.

摘要:In this experiment,we used three prescriptions:one without horse's dung,one with the urine of boy under 10,replacing horse's dung and Xiexin decoction,and then investigated the three prescription's effects on the gastric hemorrhage caused by intense heat in mice.The result showed that the clotting time and the number of the hemorrhagic spots on the ulcer of gastric mucosous membrane in the drug-treated group were less than those of the control group,but the platelet counts of the former group were more than those of the latter group.No significant differences were found among the three prescriptions.

摘要:It was showed in this paper that the preventive administration group of compound prescription Semen Strychni tablet could obviously inhibit early exudative inflammation and late secondary lesion of the adjuvant arthritis in rats while it occurred in the treatment group.It could markedly inhibit delayed hypersensitivity in mice,but had no significant effects on phagocytic function of mononuclear phagocyte and the amounts of hemagglutinin antibody induced by sheeperythrocyte immunization in the serum of mice.
