        摘要：Content determination, stability trial, high-temperature(50℃) test and release rate measurement were carried out. The results showed that borneol can be preserved better by complexing borneol into Fufang Danshen Tablets with β-cyclodextrin and every targets were superior to Fufang Danshen Tablets prepared according to the pharmacopoeia.

        摘要：Baicalin in the sample was extracted with methanol, and determined by HPLC.The chromatographic conditions were as follows:column:C18(4.6mm×250mm);mobile phase:MeoH-H2O-H3PO4(47∶53∶0.2). The linear range was 0.12～1.2μg,and the average recovery of baicalin from the samples was 99.2%，RSD=2.0%.

        摘要：The method of macroporous resin-reverse phase HPLC was set up to detect hesperidin content in the preparation ZORBAK RX-C18column was employed and methanol-water-glacial acetic acid (36∶62∶2) was used as mobile phase. Detecting wavelength was 283nm. Through determination, the linearity limits of the calibration curve was between 0.2μg～1.0μg. And the average recovery was 97.8% withRSD1.4%. The results of three batches of the samples were 2.08,2.20,2.30mg/capsule, respectively.

        摘要：Guiqi powder as a whole and its simplified formulae could promote significantly the proliferation of T lymphocytes,increase L3T+4 cells counts raise ratio of L3T+4/Lyt+2 cells and enhance spleen cells IL-2 mRNA and protein expression level in immunosuppressed mice caused by cyclophosphamide.The original Guiqi powder as a whole was more potent than its simplified formula as well as PSP.However it showed no effects in normal mice.

        摘要：The content of rats'PAF in venous blood was significantly decreased subsequent to the formation of experimental thrombosis after Buyang huanwu Decoction was given,while no effects were found at prior to thromsisi.The percentage of venous thrombosis occurrence was significantly lowered and the dry weight of venous thrombus and the thrombus body weight ratio were markedly reduced as well.

        摘要：The myocardial ischemia model was produced by ligating descending branches of left coronary artery anterior in anesthetized pigling. Using the methods of TTC ink double staining and the ratio of the myocardial infarction tissue to the whole ventricle was assessed. The effect of radix astragali Shengmai Granules on the experimental myocardial ischemia was evaluated by measurring the mean artery pressure (MAP), the left ventricular contracture pressure(LVSP), the left ventricular end diastolic pressure(LVEDP) and the heart rate(HR) etc. The results showed that the radix astragali Shengmai Granules could signifcantly reduced the myocardial ischemia limits and degree inhibited obviously the ocurrence of arrhythmia, improve signifcantly the electrophysiocal stability in the myocardial alls.

        摘要：Using the model mice with spleen-deficiency syndrome induced by rhubarb, the IL-2 activity was detected by the method of incorporation of tritiated thymidine, NK activity by the method of tritiated thymidine labeled target cells and IFN-γ-titer by the method of micro-cytopathic effects. The NK activity, IL-2 and IFN-γ levels decreased significantly in the spleen-deficiency groups, while those parameters could be improved to normal level by Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction (HJD) and Buzhong Yiqi Decoction (BYD), there was no significant change in normal groups treated with HJD or BYD.

        摘要：The serum TC,AI and CIC in experimental atherosclerosis was decreased remarkably following treatment with Bushen Humai formula.Pathologic study showed the total area of atherosclerosis plaques of aorta,the maximum height of the plaque and the ratio of intima thickness to media thickness were reduced in rabbits.The fatty degeneration of liver cell was inhibited and the severity of atherosclerosis in heart muscle was improved.

        摘要：The effects of Buxin Zhentong oral liquid on experimental myocardial ischemia were studied.The results showed that Buxin Zhentong oral liquid can increase the nutrition blood flow(NBF) of ischemia myocardium,inhibit the release of creatine phosphokinase(CPK) and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),improve the metabolism of myocardial free fatty acids(FFA),promote the superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity and decrease the malondialdehyde(MDA) content obviously.

        摘要：Using the flow cytometry and other techniques,we observed the effects of GKG on growth of murine transplantable tumor,and also on immunological function of tumor-bearing animals and DNA synthesis to explore the mechanism of its anti-tumor action.The results showed that GKG could exhibit antitumor effect on S180and H22in mice,and enhance the immunological function of animals by increasing NK cell activity and change the proportion of subgroups of lymphocytes and prevent tumor cells going from G0/G1stage into S-stage.

        摘要：Using individual decoction of Shenmaiyin's ingredients and a decoction of Shenmaiyin as a whole at the same dosage,comparative study on antiarrhythmia effect on arrhythmia induced by iv. aconitine in mice and antishock effect in rats was carried out. It was found that there was no difference in the above pharmacological activities between the two kinds of the decoction.

        摘要：Diyu pill markedly antagonized experimental diarrhea caused by castor oil or senna in mice.It obviously suppressed the intestinal propelling movement in mice and the spontaneons movement of isolated intestinal smooth muscles,and relaxed the spasmodic contraction of intestinal muscles induced by Ach or BaCl2 in rabbits.Diyu pill not only significantly inhibited foot inflammation caused by carrageenan in rats but also promoted immunity function in mice.

        摘要：The pharmacodynamics of Shenfuqing injection on endotoxic and hemorrhagic shock dogs was observed in this paper.It was showed that Shenfuqing injection could markedly elevate arterial blood pressure,enhance myocardial contractility in endotoxic shock dogs,and have partial protection against descent of blood pressure in hemorrhagic shock dogs.Moreover,its function to myocardial contractility was unmarked.

        摘要：Using step down test and water maze test,we observed effect of Fufang Yizhi decoction(FFYZD) on impairment of memory induced by anisodium,cychoheximide and alcohol in mice.The results showed that three different doses of FFYZD can improve ability of learning and memory acquistion,consolidate and retrieval in mice.

        摘要：The levels of endothelin(ET)and calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP)in plasma were monitored in 73 cases primary hypertension with Yin-deficiency and exessive yang,who were treated with Tianma Gouteng decoction.The results revealed a close relation between ET,CGRP or ET/CGRP and blood pressure.Therefore,ET and CGRP can be used as endpoints to evalute therapeutic effect of a drug for hypertension.

        摘要：288 cases hypertension of with yin-deficiency and excessive yang were treated by Shouwu Jiangya decoction.The total effective rate was 90.6%,and 102 case'hemorrheological parameters were observed.The results showed that the plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity at low speed and at high speed were markedly decreased as cowpared with those before treatment.
