        摘要：Isolation of baicalin in Taizi Yanhoujing oral liquid was accomplished by polyamide film.TLC scanning technique was developed for determination of baicalin in Taizi Yanhoujing oral liquid.The method was simple and accurate,with an average recovery of 100.42% and a variation cofficient of 2.66%.

        摘要：Using the model of rat myocardial ischemia induced by coronary artery ligation,protective effect of Baoxin pill on experimental myocardial ischemia was studied.The results showed that Baoxin pills could reduce the myocardial infarct size,decrease the release of myocardial enzyme and protect the myocardial tissue ultrastructure.Automatic image analysis showed that Baoxin pills could increase the activity of myocardial SDH and ATPase.

        摘要：When Wuqi Xiejing liquor at the doses of 1.5 and 3.0g/kg was given orally for 10 days,significant reduction of the viscosities of whole blood and plasma was observed in rats.Furthermore,the hematocrit in rats could decrease;the ear microcirculation was markedly imporved in mice,and the intra-abdominal absorption of RBC was promoted in mice with blood stasis syndrome.The data revealed that the liquor may possess the effect of activating blood circulation to remove stasis.

        摘要：Shaoyangjing ointment had obvious effects to promote the healing of rabbit trauma scalded by vapor.This drug was found to obviously inhibitStaphylococcus aureus and Bacillus pycocyaneus inocutlated on rabbit trauma and also improve tissue structure and healing of cutis in the trauma.
