摘要:The pharmocodynamic index and the contents of astragaloside IV,total flavones,total saponins,and total extractives as physicochemical indexes were used as endpoints to develop a optimal processing technology and a clarify technology for Qiangji Jianli oral liguid.The following processing technology was selected:extracting the volatile oil of aromatic herbs by distillation,decocting the mixture of the residue of above aromatic herbs and nonaromatic herbs,precipitating the extractive with 75% alcohol,adjusting the pH value at 5.5~6.0,the filtrating and injecting liquid part into vials as a finished produet.

摘要:A study of the extraction process in preparing Jiannao Yizhi granule was carried out by orthogonal experimental design.The content of 2,3,5,4′-tetra hydroxystilben-2-o-β-D-glucoside and extraction rate were used as endpoints.The result showed that the best extraction process was as follower:Smash the crude drugs as big as soybean;reflux with 75% alcohol for 2 times:for the first time,10 times alcohol was used for 2hr;the second time,8 times alcohol used for 1hr,while for the extraction of volatile oil,7 times water was used for 12hr.
摘要:A HPLC method was described for determining the astragaloside Ⅳ in Yiqi Shengjin oral liquid.Using R-p HPLC at 203nm with acetonitrile-water(1∶2.3)as a mobile phase,the retention time was 18.56 minutes with an averaga recovery of 98.0% and RSD 1.86%.
摘要:In order to explore the mechanism of the composition of Guizhi decoction(GZD),effects of five pairs of five pairs of drugs in GZD on dual-directional thermoregulation were observed.Result showed that the pair of Ramulus Cinnamoni and Radix Paeoniae could only elevate the body tempreture in bypothermic animals,and the pair of Radix paeoniae and Radix Glycyrrhizae had antipyretic effect of in ferile body,Ramulus Cinnamoni or Radix Paeoniae alone was found to have the effect of dual-directional thermoregulation,but no additive or synergetic effect was seen when Ramulus Cinnamoni or Radix Paeoniae was combined with Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens,Radix Glycyrrhizae,or Fructus Jujubae respectively,even when Ramulus Cinnamoni and Radix Paeoniae were combined.

摘要:The anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects between Ingredients-separated decoction and Ingredients-mingled decoction of Qianghuo Shengshi decoction were comparatively studied.The results demonstrated that Ingredients-mingled decoction was better than Ingredients-separated decoction at their highest dose in experimental arthritis induced by egg white in rats,but in other experiments,both decoctions had not significant differences.
摘要:In order to investigate the effects of Zhaolian Mixture on anti-tumor-promotion,we studied its influence on liver pecancerous lesion in rats induced by DEN.Results:(1) Liver function of rats was protected;(2)The levels of serum Alkaline phosphatase (AKP) and γ-glutamyltranspeptidase(γ-GT) were decreased in liver tissue;(3)The level of tumor necrosisfactor-α(TNF-α)in serum was also lowered; (4)There was significant difference in the number of positive cells between 4 groups with immunohistochemical method.
摘要:Sanhong fukangjing granule was orally given and exhibited pharmacological activities of easing pain,stopping bleeding and anti-fatigue in mice.It was also found to have noticeable effects of enriching the blood,promoting lactation and uterine involution in postpartum mice.

摘要:Using a method of serum pharmacology,anti-free radical effect of Dangguibuxue decoction(DGBXD)was studied in rats.The results showed that the drug-contained serum had dose-dependent relationship in anti-free radical effect after oral administration of DGBXD and the parameters on pharmacodynamics of the serum were detected by studing of the time-effect relationship.
摘要:Xiaqing oral liquid(XQOL)could improve the pathologic Changes in morphology due to hyperplasia of mammary glands in rats:the numbers of acinus and lobule of mammary glands were markedly decreased,the volume of mammary glands,and diameters of acinus cavities and breasts were significantly reduced;in addition,XQOL could remarkably increase the coefficients of thymus and spleen,obviously reduce E2 level in serum,noticeably elevate P level and SOD activity in serum.

摘要:Using orthogonal design method,the immuno-pharmacological effects of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction were studied.Experimental results showed that the most effective drugs for humoral and cellular immunity were ginseng and astragcles root and the best drug compatibility was the combination between astragcles root and chinese angelica root. The other drugs such as bupleurum root、cimicifuga rhizoma and tangerine peel,etc.were found to have little effects.The findings in this study indicated that the dosage of individual drugs in the decoction played an important part in the compatibility.

摘要:Active fraction A(Fr.A),isolated from Guizhi decoction,might lower febrifacient temperature induced by y east in febrile rat with decreasing contents of arginine vasopressin (AVP) in ventral septal area(VSA) and neurotensin(NT)in hypothalamus.Fr.A did not influence the content of AVP in hypothalamus.In aminopyrine-induced hypothermal rats,Fr.A could raise body temperature and contents of AVP in both hypothalamus and VSA and NT in hypothalamus.The results indicated that febrifugal effect of Fr.A was related with its promoting release of AVP in VSA and NT in hypothalamus,while its inhibiting release and/or action of AVP and NT in the thermoregulatory center was involved in mechanism of Fr. A ragulating hypothermia.

摘要:31 cases of chronic primary nephritis with qi deficiency and blood stasis type were treated with Yiqi Huoxue decoction (YQHXD).The levels of endothelin(ET)and calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP)in plasma were estimated before and after the treatment,and plasma ET and CGRP levels in 31 healthy persons were also measured as a control group.The level of ET in those patients was much higher than in the control and the level of CGRP in those patients was lower before the treatment.Following the treatment with YQHXD,ET or CGRP level was normalized,leading to balance of ET and CGRP in patients with nephritisi.

摘要:47 patients with atrophic vaginitis was clinically treated with Huichun suppository with a total effective rate of 97.87%, which was more potent than Aibaoliao suppository as a reference drug in this study. In comparision with the control group, local symptoms and physical signs were obviously improued,the mature index of vaginal epith elium was clearly shifteel to right side(mature side),the acidity (pH) of vaginal fluid was decreased,and the vaginal cleaniness was improved indiciting the suppository possessed not only anti-inflammalory and anti-bacterial activities,but also estrogen-like effect.
摘要:Effects of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction as a transdermal therapeutant(Antidotal Decoction of Coptis) on the respiratory tract infection and tumor patients receiving radiotherapy and chemotherapy was clinically studied.The result revealed that the decoction alone can cure respiratory tract infection of children(Tonsillitis);the combination of the antibiotics together with the decoction produced curative effect faster than the antibiotic alone,and the time needed for recovery was shortened.During the radiotherapy and the chemotherapy,admin stration of the drug can effectively prevent patients from the infection.
