        摘要：The influences of drying temperature 60℃ and 80℃ when in preparation of Yuanxiang Zhitong pill on its effective components were studied.The experimental results showed that the content of tetrahydropalmatine in the pill decreased by 13% when the drying temperature was 80℃,while its level had little decrement when the drying temperature was 60℃, and the higher drying temperature,the lower concentration of volatile oil in the pill.

        摘要：The quantity of active component-ephedrine of Herba Ephedrae in Qianbai Biyan Granules was determined using dual wavelength TLC-scanner.Senecio Scandens Buch,Herba Ephedrae,Rhizome Seu Radix Notopterygii,Semen Cassiae were qualitatively identified by TLC.The above methods appeared to be simple,reproducible with a high specialization,and can be used as a quality control standard for this preparation.

        摘要：A quantitative method was developed for the determination of icariin in Bushenning tablet by reversed phase HPLC.The number of theoretical plates calculated by Icariin peak was 1697,R=1.8.The standard curve was linear in the concentration range of 4.88～78.02μg/ml,and correlation coefficient was 0.9998.The average recovery and the relative standard deviation were 99.4% and 0.48%,rectivily.

        摘要：A pathological model of epilepsy in rats was set up and effects of Xianfukang on the latent time,the persistent time of grandmal epilepsy,LPO and SOD in the brain,and hemorrheological parameters were studied in the rats with epilepsy.The findings showed that Xianfukang could prolong the latent time,shorten the persistent time.

        摘要：Morphometric techniques,RIA and histochemical techniques were applied to study effect of the anti-hepatic fibrosis by Pinggansan Granule.The results showed that the percentage of the area full of reticular fiber in affected location was smaller than that of control group,the perimeter,long and short diameter of the egg granuloma in the experimental mice was decreased.And PC-Ⅲ,PC-Ⅰ and HYp in the drug-treated group was decreased.

        摘要：After the mice were dosed with Hujin Pill for 6 days,the raised level of ALT,AST,GST in serum and MDA in liver caused by CCl4 was ameliorated evidently.In addition,for primay cultured rat hepatocytes,rat serum containing Hujin Pills could remarkably decrease the raised level of ALT and MDA in the culture caused by 10 mmol/L CCl4,and the cell viability was improved from 55.90% to 82.45%.

        摘要：Effects of guanxinkang granule(GG)on experimental hyperlipemia in mice and hemorrheology in rats were studied.The results showed that GG could remarkably lower the increased of serum TC and TG levels induced by Triton WR-1339.As for the rats with blood stasis,GG was observed to possess remarkable enhancing effects on erythrocyte deformability,decrease ηB、ηP,and lower the level of 5-HT.In addition,GG could significantly dilate micrangium and improve blood flow rate in normal mice.

        摘要：Effects of Liuwei Dihuang decoction(LDD)and LDD-like prescriptions such as Qiju Dihuang decoction,Maiwei Dihuang decoction,Qiwei Duqi decoction and Zhibai Dihuang decoction on the activities of Superoxide Dismutase(SOD),Catalase(CAT),Glutathione Peroxidase(GSH-Px)and Lipid Peroxide(LPO)in the blood were studied in young mice.The results indicated that LDD and Qiju Dihuang decoction can evidently increase the activities of SOD and GSH-Px and apparently reduce LPO in the blood of young mice.Maiwei Dihuang decoction and Qiwei Duqi decoction can increase the activity of GSH-Px and reduce LPO.

        摘要：The results obtained from this study revealed that a combination between coptis root and scutellaria root significantly antagonized the negatine effect of coptis decoction alone at a higher concentration on the osmotic fragility of erythrocytes in,vitro indicating that a combination of coptis root with other chinese drugs in prescriptions of traditional chinese medicine may reduce the adverse reactions of the coptis root used alone.

        摘要：Huangqi injection was shown to increase the thymus index both in normal mice and in immunosuppressed mice induced by hydroprednisolone,raise carbon-clearing ability in the immunosuppressed mice,and promote the production of serum hemolysin antibody in the immunosuppressed mice induced by cyclophosphamide and lymphocyte proliferation in normal mice in vivo and cancer-beering mice in vitro.
