        摘要：The quality standard was studied according to requirement by Evaluation of new drugs of chinese government.A qualitative identifying method by TLC was established for four kinds of main herbs and strychnine was quantitatively determined by HPLC.Result shows:the method is accurate,reliable and with high separating degree and repeatability.

        摘要：Tree kinds of Ganlu Xiaodu Capsules,Full,incomplete and supplementary formulae were studied by artificial culture and radioimmunity techniques.The results shows that IFN were increased significantly by all of the 3 kinds capsules,which is much more higher than those of in the model group.IL-2 in the full formula group is much more promoted than in the other two groups.It means that the signal conduction of cytokines were opsonized by the medicine,perhaps this is one of the mechanism of antivirus of the drug.

        摘要：The analgesic effect of Jinlingzisan(JLZS,a prescription for analgesic by regulation Qi) and Shixiaosan(SXS,a prescription for analgesic by activate the blood) was observed on the pain-like responses and inflammatory pain response that caused by acetic acid,heat and formalin in mice.JLZS showed a potent inhibitory activity on the acetic acid-induced writhing and formalin-induced F、S phase pain response,but heat-induced pain-like response was not inhibited significantly.SXS showed a potent inhibitory activity on the acetic acid and heat-induced pain-like response as well as the formalin-induced F phase pain response,but showed no effect significantly on the S phase pain response caused by formalin.From these results,it was concluded that analgesic mechanism of regulating vital energy to alleviate pain and promoting blood circulation to stop pain is different.

        摘要：The purpose of the experiment is to investigate the effects of Qifu decoction and its components on the immunological function of the mice with deficiency of vital function(DVF).The results showed that Qifu decoction could evidently improve the activity of the peritoneal macrophage,increase rossette forming percentage of RBC-C3b R,facilitate the antibody formation of spleen cell and the activity of IL-2,promote the rossette forming percentage of RBC-IC and proliferative reaction of spleen cell.Milk vetch root could promote the activity of peritoneal Mφ and IL-2,improve the antibody formation of spleen cell of the mice with deficiency of vital function,but is less effective than Qifu decoction.Mank shood root could improve the antibody formation of spleen cell of the mice with DVF,and the effect is similar to Qifu decoction.

        摘要：Adenine was used to make the pathological model of rats whose testicles were injuried.Experimental study of shengjing yulin decoction was conducted.The results showed that the liquid could regulate the secretion of model rats' testosterone,estradiol,follicle-stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone,and make their contents in serum return to normal level;speed up the restoration of model rats' injuried testicles tissue,increase the weight,elasticity and volume of the testicles,improve their spermatogenetic function,raised the density,activity and velocity of the sperm and improved fertility.

        摘要：The effects of anti-epilepsy capsule to abnormal electric discharge of epilepsy were taken from both clinical and experimental studies,which EEG was an indicator.The results showed that this drug taken for four weeks could decrease the accumulated time of epilepsy-like electric discharge in children with epilepsy,when it was compared with that before this drug taken,the P<0.05,and the seizure of epilepsy decrease or disappear correspondingly.This drug could shorten the lasting time of spike wave in rats induced by pentylenetetrazol,when it was compared with the group of epilepsy model,P<0.001.

        摘要：Xiaoke,name of diabetes mellitus in traditional chinese medicine,marked by polydipsia,polyphagia and polyuria.It's treatment with traditional chinese medicine follows the principles of Qingre Shengjin and Yiqi Yangyin.The therapeutic key is hypoglycemic effects.Powder of coptis chinensis is known to reduce blood glucose level in normal mice and alloxan diabetic mice.The blood glucose level descend 23% in normal mice and 33% in alloxan mice respectively.Our findings showed that the prescription of Coptis chinensis,Astragalus membranaceus,Ligustrun lucidum,and Ophiopogon japonicus Which are often used in Xiaoke recipes remains the hypoglycemic effect,and enhances the ability of clearing Gongo red from serum in normal mice.It may be effective in treatment of diabetes and preventing of diabetic complications.

        摘要：The study has investigated the effects of Jiangfang Baoxin decoction (JF) on blood pressure(BP),left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH),and renin angiotensin system(RAS) of circulation and left ventricule in renovascular hypertensive rats(RHR).The results indicated that JF can reduce BP of RHR,and decrease the enhanced left ventricular wet weight to body weight ratio of RHR.The level of angiotensin Ⅱ(AngⅡ)was decreased significantly in left ventricule of RHR treated with JF for 10 weeks.Angiotensin converting enzyme(ACE) activity was also reduced in lung.The trend of ACE was decreased in left ventricule and serum,but no significance was observed.

        摘要：The effects of Zhixiao Tongmaining on nephroses in experimental diabetic rats were studied.It was concluded that zhixiao tongmaining can reduce and inhibit the development of nephroses in diabetic rats,and the effects is superior than western medicine when compared with control group.The dose effect relationship was also confirmed in zhixiao tongmaining treatment group.

        摘要：Sugar tolerance abnormal diabetic rats induced by streptozotocin were dosed with shendi jiangtang powder and great improvement were achieved after administration.The lesion of pancreas cells of STZ-DM rats was also he repaired after the medication,while serum insulin and the blood sugar of the normal rats were not affected;nevertheless the glyburide control group was affected by the medicine.

        摘要：In this experiment,each sample of serum was used after 30minutes of 56℃ inactivation to compare its medical effect before and after inactivation and to make sure of inactive influence on medical effect.Result:Relative inhibition effect of both normal serum and herbage-containing serum on cytopathy caused by virus reduced clearly after inactivation.Effect power of normal serum reduced about 50%,that of herbage-containing serum of single dosing reduced about 50% and twice dosing per day reduced about 35%,while its effective timing point that showed up before inactivation still existed.

        摘要：When ADM and shenmai injection was administered iv.to mice with sarcoma180,the chemotheraputic effect was increased significantly.The effect of shenmai injection showed a dose dependend pattern.It showed that the injury to hemopoietic and liver function in mice was obviously less,when they were treated by ADM together with shenmai injection,the survival quality was increased also.The prolonging rate of survival time in mice with EAC was higher if shenmai injection was administered together with CTX or 5-Fu respectively.

        摘要：In This study,we examined the effect of Yishou Tiaozhi tablet on lipometabolism and hemorrheology in hyperlipoidemia from the clinic and the experiment.The results showed that Yishou Tiaozhi tablet could obviously decrease serum lipid and improve hemorrheology,As a result,Yishou Tiaozhi tablet is a medicine which can modulate serum lipid and improve hemorrheology.

        摘要：82 patients with myoma-uterus were treated with capsule Fujikang by vagina administration.After 3 months treatment,the results showed that myoma-uterus can be shrunk or disappear with the therapeutic time prolonged.The clinical symetom disappear after in 15 days treatment.92.6% of total efficiency was received and no side effects were observed during the trial.
