        摘要：The extracting processes of Huanglianjiedu decoction were studies by determining the content of berberine with the method of column chromatography purification.By orthogonal design test,the optimum preparation conditions for shaping the pilule were determined as:extract:PEG6000:water:glycerin=1180404,well mingled and kept in pilulemaking device with temperature at(902),then was dropped in a cooler (20±2)℃ through a dropper (internal/external diameter=25/35mm) at a speed of(10±2)drops/min.

        摘要：The pharmacological effect of supplemented Gualou Xiebai decoction on cardiovascular was studied.The results showed that supplemented Gualou Xiebai decoction could enhance the ability of anti-anoxia in mice,improve index of blood rheology,reduce lipid peroxide and improve electrocardiogram in myocardial ischemia rats.

        摘要：Xiaofengsan could obviously relieve itching,and resist experimental nettle rash.Its separating prescription studying showed that drugs of dispelling pathogenic wind were principal drugs and brought into play the leading effect in the formulae.The basic principle for treating nettle rash was drugs of dispelling pathogenic wind combined drugs of eliminating dampness.

        摘要：To investigate the mechanism of promoting vital function of QFT is the purpose of our experiment.QFT was orally respectively administrated normal and abnormal mice with Deficiency of Vital Function (DVF) induced by hydrocortisone(HC) for 14 days and the activity of celiac Mφ,mediates and enzymes were detected.The results showed that QFT could evidently improve the activity of celiac Mφ in normal mice,especially in mice with DVF.In mice with DVF,QFT could decrease the formation of NO,promote Mφ to secrete IL1 and TNF,increase arginase and SOD activities in celiac Mφ.In normal mice,QFT could also promote Mφ to secrete TNF and inhibit SOD activity in celiac Mφ.

        摘要：To study the effect of Qingshen capsule on the renal function of the 5/6 nephrectomized rats and its protective effect on the structure of the remnant kidney.After treated for 12 weeks,the rats were sacrificed.The serum ceratinine(Scr) was measured and the renal lesions and the collagen deposition in the sclerosis glomerulus were investigated.Results:The Scr of Qingshen capsule groups is lower than that of the other two groups.Qingshen capsule and Cap can inhibit the glomerular hypertrophy,decreased ECM and abate collagen deposition in the glomerulus.Conclusion:Qingshen capsule not only can delay the progress of chronic renal failure,but also play a protective role on renal remnant kidney.

        摘要：Cognition-enhancing effect of Liuwei Dihuang decoction(LW)on SAM was observed by using passive avoidance performance,shuttle box and water maze tests in the present paper.It was showed that memory registration and retention ability,spatial memory as well as conditioned avoid response were all greatly declined in SAMP8.However,chronic administration of LW to SAMP8 enhanced the memory registration and retention ability in passive avoidance performance, promoted the spatial memory ability in water maze test and partially improved the leaning behavior in conditioned avoidance performance.The present results suggested that chronic administration of LW significantly ameliorated agerelated decline of learning and memory ability in SAM.

        摘要：Danggui Buxue Decoction did not directly stimulate reproduction of CFU-E in vitro,but the decoction-contained serum could has the effect with a obvious distinction compared with normal control serum.The quantity of CFU-E was promoted with increasing the serum dosage.The serum containing the separated formulae could stimulate reproduction of CFU-E,respectively.The proper sequence of the stimulating effect was as follows:Huang Qi>Danggui and Huang Qi(1:5)>Danggui and Huang Qi(1:1)>Danggui>normal control serum.

        摘要：This article discussed the pharmacological effects of Yin-nourishing and Spirit-tranquilizing Liquid on thyroidism in animal with deficiency of yin.The results indicated that the formulae could significantly decrease T3 and T4 concentrations of serum,remarkably increase NE and 5-HT levels in the cerebral cortex and trunk as well as evidently decrease the contents of cAMP and increase cGMP in cerebral cortex in rat with deficiency of yin.The results provide scientific evidence for clinical treating insomnia with hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency type by the formulae.

        摘要：180 cases of advanced gastric carcinoma were treated by Chinese herbal medicine combined with arterial infusion chemotherapy to observe the clinical effect of the combined treatment. The result shows that the effect of the combined treatment is obviously higher than that of sole arterial infusion chemotherapy, and the side effect is significantly decreased.

        摘要：Patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands were treated by No.2 mammary decoction, which could promote blood circulation to remove blood stasis, disperse the depressed liver-qi and alleviating pain and soften and resolve hard mass. The total effective rate of No.2 mammary decoction was 81%, which was higher than that of Rupixiao.
