摘要:The optimum preparative conditions of Changgangshu granule were determined as extracted with ten times amount of water,soaked half an hour,then decocted time times and one hour for every decoction,by the content of baicalin and paeoniflorin with orthogonal analysis.
摘要:Using uniform design,the selection of transdermal enhancers for sinomenine from various proportion of azone,propylene glycol and oleic acid was studied using improved Franz cell for equipment of absorption study,pH 6.8 phosphate buffer as absorption solution,skin of hairless mice as experimental skin,HPLC for measuring the content of sinomenine.Result:the transdermal speed constant of sinomenine was the hgihest while the contents of azone and propylene glycol is 6% and 10%,respectively.The result indicates that a certain proportion of azone and propylene glycol can improve transdermal absorption of sinomenine.

摘要:The contents of astragaloside IV and ginsenoside Rg1 in Tangshenkang granule were determined with TLCS.The results showed that the linear range was 1.34μg~6.70μg for astragaloside IV and 1.43μg~7.15μg for ginsenoside Rg1,respectively.This method was used to determine astragaloside IV and ginseoside Rg1 in Tangshenkang granule with recovery of 97.74% and 95.77%,respectively.The contents of astragaloside IV and ginsenoside Rg1 of three batches of samples were determined with this method.
摘要:The chlorogenic acid content in Caiyinshudan Granules was determined by plyamide membrane TLC-scanner.The optimum conditions of extraction,separation and thinlayer chromatography for sample were choosed.The recovery and RSD were 98.82% and 2.55%,respectively.This method is available with a good reproducibility.

摘要:Lingqi Anshen Liquor (LQASL) could antagonize the inhibitory action of erythrocyte and lymphocyte immune function in immunosuppressed mice induced by cyclophoshpamide.LQASL could raise the erythrocyte immune adhesive factor and erythrocyte C3b receptor rosette forming rate and increase the level of serum lysozym,spleen index,spleen PFC and peripheral WBC.It also lowered the erythrocyte immune adhesive inhibitory factor and erythrocyte immunocomplex rosette forming rate.
摘要:In order to explore the pharmacological effects of Granule Xinxuetong of hyperlipoidemia,the contents of TC,TG,LDL-C,VLDL-C and HDL-C in serum were observed.The results showed that Granule Xinxuetong,given to the model rabbits orally,lowered the TC,TG and LDL-C contents.
摘要:Danggui Sini decoction could significantly prolong CT,TT and RT in mice,remarkably reduce the specific viscosity of whole blood in rats inhibit the chrombosis of arteriovenous shunt. It also abated the aggregation of the platelet in rats and accelerated the absorption of subcutaneous hematoma in mice.
