摘要:The author reckons that the compatibility of traditional chinese medicine is a combinative application of two or more chinese medicine.Compatibility of drugs should be the combination and collocation of drugs following regulations and rules.The regulations and rules are just the compatibility theory.It is the important part of the research of the theory of chinese medicine in new century to fulfil the systematic and overall scientific exploration of compatibility theory of traditional chinese medicine.The exploration should contain the meaning,the classification and the extending of compatibility theory of chinese traditional medicine,the scientific research of the combination of chinese medicine on pharmacodynamics,pharmaceutics and chemistry.Finally,the assumption of organization and division of work for the research of compatibility theory of traditional chinese medicine should be put forward.

摘要:The quantitative method of icariin in Anshenbunao syrup was reported.The HPLC conditions were:column of Hypersil ODS-2(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),column temperature at 30℃,flow rate at lml/min,detected wavelength at 270nm,methanol-water(600∶400,v/v)as mobile phase.The theoretical plates of icariin were not lower than 6000.The average recovery and relative standard deviation(RSD) were 99.6% and 1.3%(n=5 )respectively.
摘要:Chromatograhic conditions were:ODS column;column temperature,room temperature;mobile phase,CH3OH-CH3CN-H2O(12∶8∶80);flow rate,0.8ml/min;detected at 250nm.The contents of Puerarin were calculated by external standard method.The number of theoretical plates calculated for Puerarin peak was no less than 2300.The standard curve was linear in the concentration range of 20~90μg/ml,and the correlation coefficient was 0.9999.The average recovery and the relative standard deviation were 98.74% and 2.06%(n=4)respectively.
摘要:Herba schizonepetae,folium isatidis,folium ilicis and fructus arctii in Jingyin granule were qualitatively identified by TLC methods,and protocatechuic aldehyde was analyzed quantitatively by HPLC methods.The recovery and relative standard deviation of protocatechuic aldehyde were 97.51% and 2.83% respectively.
摘要:An animal model of hepatocirrhosis was induced by CCl4 in SD rats.The effect of Decoction for Removing Blood Stasis(DRBS)was investigated in this model.The result showed that DRBS has an action for the prevention and cure of fibrosis of liver and hepatocirrhosis.The degree of the effect was similar to that of colchicine.Compared with colchicine,the advantage of DRBS was that it could significantly improve the life quality,increase the body weight and obviously decrease the mortality.In addition,the effect of DRBS was better than colchicine on protection of liver function and prevention against hepatic injury.

摘要:Fuzheng Huayu(FZHY) decoction was divided into five subgroups: Fuzheng group,Huayu group,Cordyceps group,Salvia Mitiorihizae group and Cordyceps plus Salvia Mitiorihizae group.Five types of serum containing correspondent drugs were collected from rats,respectively.The results showed that the five types of serum could inhibit hepatic stellate cells(HSC)and the effect of the serum containing Huayu was the best.The five types of serum could also inhibit mRNA expression and protein synthesis of type Ⅰ collagen in HSC,and the effect of the serum containing Fuzheng was the best.The five types of serum could also inhibit mRNA expression and protein synthesis of transforming growth factor β1 in HSC,and the effect of the serum containing Cordyceps was the best.
摘要:In many cases,herbal products were not well characterized and chemically identified.Therefore,how to explore the nonpurified chemical experimental data remains to be challenged.In this paper,multivariate variance analysis,multivariate regression,canonical analysis and principle analysis were introduced to experimental research for quality controls with the detailed illustrations in the background of herbal research.
摘要:Danggui buxue decoction could inhibit growth of Granulocyte-Macrophage Progenitor cell colony forming unit(GM-CFU),and the more dose was,the less GM-CFU was.But the decoction-contained serum could promote growth of GM-CFU,and the more dose was,the more GM-CFU was.On the basis of the time-effect cure gained from the decoction-contained serum,pharmacokinetics parameters were as follows:Ke,T1/2(ke),Ka,T1/2(ka),Tp and Td was 0.3961/h,2.1602h,1.3422/h,1.6057h,1.5978h and 14.8019h,respectively.

摘要:Xiaoyao pillar could obviously improve the phagocytic rate and index of peritoneal macrophage in restricting and water immersing stress(RWIS)mice,dramatically increase their hemolysin level,and raise the index of their immune organs.It also significantly decreased the heat rate in the RWIS rats.Moreover,Xiaoyao pillar in higher dose could dramatically reduce the ulcer index in RWIS rats with experimental ulcer.

摘要:Apparent pharmacokinetic parameters of Dinggongteng Injection were determined with drug accumulation method.The results indicated that one compartment open model was the best to describe dynamic change of this injection in mice.The apparent pharmacokinetic parameters are as follows:K=0.033h-1, T1/2=20.961h,Cl=0.066kg/(kg.h).The results can provide referential basis for the use of this injection in clinical practice.
摘要:The effects of Rhubarb combined anthraquinone on promoting intestinal peristalsis,dose response relationship and pharmacokinetics were investigated in mice.The time of defecation and the appearance of stool were recorded by using the charcoal powder method.The results indicated that oral administration of combined anthraquinone significantly promoted the peristalsis and reduced diarrhea in mice.The reference dose of promoting peristalsis was 18.22~25.79mg/kg, and the dose of reducing diarrhea was 150.48mg/kg.Both results of dose response and time response were linear relationship.The t01/2 was 5.10 hours.
