        摘要：The content of glycyrrhizin in weiwanshu granule was determined by high performance liquid chromatography.Chromatographic condition were as follows:internal standard:n-butyl p-hydroxybenzoate;mobile phase:methanol∶water∶36% acetic acid (65∶28∶7);column size:Shim-pack CLC-ODS(6.0mm×150mm);flow rate:1.0ml/min and detection wavelength:254nm.The method was linear within the range of 18～300μg/ml(r=0.9999,n=5).The average recovery,RSD,RSD of within-day and day-to-day were 98.35%,3.39%(n=9),1.63% and 3.35%,respectively.This method was sensitive and highly reproducible.

        摘要：To screen the best disintegrants and preparation technique of granule from alcohol-extracts of Chinese medicine herbs,the uniform design and comprehensive evaluation methods were used.Using 10% PVP as blinders,the best condition was that CMS-Na was added to 57%(w/w)while preparing the granule from alcohol-extracts of different concentration.

        摘要：By determining berberine with HPLC method,the optimum extraction conditions of rhizoma coptidis in Jiangtang capsule were established.The mobile phase of HPLC was KH2PO4-Na2S2O3-H2O-CH3CN(3.4g∶1.7g∶140ml∶60ml).The best extraction process was as follows:reflux with 80% alcohol for three times,for the first time:6 times alcohol of crude drug for 2hr;the second:5times for 1.5hr and the last:4 times for 1.5hr.

        摘要：The TLC methods were used to identify contex moutan,radix puerariae,radix salvia miltiorrhizae and rhizoma coptidis in Tangjunkang oral liquid.The content of astragaloside IV was determied in the prescription by TLC scanning.The method was linear within the range from 0.25μg to 1.75μg with an average recovery of 97.04%.

        摘要：The effect of Tangweikang capsule on nephroses was observed in diabetic rats.The result indicated that Tangweikang capsule could improve nephroses of high infusion and high filtration in glomerulus,inhibit non-enzyme glycosylation,regulate lipid metabolism and protect against peroxide damage.It can inhibit mesangial cell proliferation and mesenteric matrix secretion,delay the fibrosis of glomerulus and preserve renal function.

        摘要：The effect of Tangshen capsule on insulin resistance and leptin levels was investigated in fructose-fed rats.The result showed that the systolic pressure of the rats in Tangshen capsule group has no improvement.M value and leptin concentration,the parameters for the improvement of insulin sensitivity,were significantly different between Tangshen capsule group and FFR group,but no obvious difference was found between Tangshen capsule group and control group.M value showed a significantly negative correlation with the plasma leptin.

        摘要：The levels of NO,NOS and TNF-α of blood were investigated in CRF rats after treatment with Jianshen mixture.The result showed that Jianshen mixture could obviously decrease the content of urinary proteins within 24h in CRF rats,and improve renal function.The effect was closed to Niaoduqing.Jianshen mixture was better than Niaoduqing in increasing of NO and decreasing of TNF-α concentrations in CRF rat's blood.

        摘要：The activity of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX),glutathione(GSH),alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH) and glutathione S-transferase(GST),the index of liver and the concentration of alcohol in rat blood were assayed after the rats were fed with the forage containing Sober-up candy.The result showed that Sober-up candy could evidently inhibit the decrease of enzyme activity and liver index induced by alcohol.The concentration of alcohol in blood could be significantly decreased after treatment with Sober-up candy.

        摘要：The effects of the drug containing sera from Kangxian Chinese prescription on the expression of collagen type Ⅰand Ⅲ in subcultured fat storing cells from normal liver and primary fat storing cells from fibrous liver of rats were investigated by using immunocytochemical staining. The prescription could significantly inhibit the expression of collagen in fat storing cells.The action was stronger on collagen type Ⅲ in subcultured fat storing cells and collagen type Ⅰ in primary fibrous hepatocytes.

        摘要：The effect of Siwu Tang with different analytic prescriptions on Enriching blood was observed in blood deficient animals.Based on the result of blood routine examinations and cluster analysis by computer,the original Siwu Tang showed the strongest action compared to different analytic prescriptions.Danggui could play an important role in the original prescription.The combination of Danggui with Baishao or Danggui with Shudi showed the better effect among twodrug combinations.The combination of Danggui with Baishao and Chuanxiong showed the best action among three-drug combinations.

        摘要：Curative and preventive effects of rufukang tablets against hyperplasia of mammary glands were investigated in rats.The result showed that the symptoms of red and tumefaction of hipples,hyperplasia of mammary glands and microscopic leaflets,acini and tubes in preventive treatment group were lighter than that in model group.Tumefaction and macropathological and micropathological grade of mammary gland were better than model group.The index of blood rheology in treatment group was lower than control group.

        摘要：Youshi prescription for treatment of gynecological tumors established its principle of treatment on the basis of benefiting vital energy to dissipate blood stasis.This prescription was used in 30 cases with hysteromyomas.IL-2R levels in sera of the patients were tested by ELISA method.The sizes of the tumors,menstruction status of the patients and the level of IL-2R in sera were investigated before and after treatment with the prescription.The result showed that the symptoms of menstrual disorder were improved,and the sizes of the hysteromyomas were shrank,and the levels of IL-2R in sera were increased after treatment.A significant difference can be observed between before and after treatment.
