        摘要：Radix bupleuri,fructus psoraleae and fructus forsythlae in Shugan granule were identified qualitatively by TLC methods.The content of psoralen in the granule was determined by TLC scanner method.The average recovery and RSD were 97.5% and 1.79%(n=5),respectively.

        摘要：Observing the effects of Bushen Xingnao Jiedu Fang(BXJF) on regulating the expressions of nerve growth factor (NGF) and brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) in cultured hippocampal neurons after infection of herpes simplex virus type 1(HSV-1) in vitro.Detecting the expression level of NGF mRNAs in normal cultured neurons,acute infection neurons,latent infection neurons,and BXJF-treated infected neurons with Northern blot.Results indicated:(1)Expressions of NGF and BDNF mRNAs were observed on hippocampal neurons and the expressions were increased after addition of the decoction of BXJF.(2)A transient increasing expression of NGF and BDNF mRNAs was also found from 6h to 12h after HSV-1 infection.But expression level of NGF mRNA and BDNF mRNA could not be detected at day 4 after HSV-1 infection.The time courses of NGF and BDNF expressing were extended for two days.(3)The increasing expressions of NGF mRNA and BDNF mRNA in neurons with HSV-1 latent infection were remained by addition of the decoction of BXJF,and these neurons survivd for at least ten weeks after deprivation of acyclovir.The results indicated the decoction of BSXNJDF was found to have the effects on increasing expressions of NGF mRNA and BDNF mRNA in normal cultured neurons and HSV infected neurons.

        摘要：To research the effects of Bu Xin Huo Luo capsule on the degree and area of acute myocardial ischemia.ECG and CPK were measured on rabbit models of acute myocardial ischemia by ligation of the left front descending branch of the coronary artery.Noticeable decrease of Σ ST,NST and NQ were observed in the group of animal with Bu Xin Huo Luo capsule,and the level of CPK was lower than the control group.

        摘要：The results showed that the group combined by three ingredients was more potent than one combined by two ingredients or each igredient with concentration-dependent relationship.When the ratio of GA,GTS and OTS was 0.384∶0.144∶0.120,the combined group significantly decreased automaticity of isolated rat's right atrium,obviously inhibited excitability and prolonged the functional refractory period of isolated rat's left atrium.

        摘要：Effects of Xiexin Tang on the level of blood glucose in serial animal models of normal and diabetes mellitus were studied,and its mechanism on reducing blood glucose were preliminarily explored.Fasting blood glucose(FBG) in normal mice,alloxan induced-hyperglycemia or diabetes mellitus (DM),two hours blood glucose (2hBG) after oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT)in rats by dexamethasone(DX) induced-insulin resistance (IR) and impaired glucose tolerance(IGT) were determined.Results showed the formula can inhibit the hyperglycemia by ALX induced-mice,decrease level of FBG in normal and DM mice obviously,improve IGT by DX induced-IR rats,reduce FBG and 2hBG after OGTT.The formula has a similar hypoglycemic action of metformin and gliclazide.

        摘要：The pharmacological effects of single decoction and mingle decoction of Xiaoyao San were comparatively studied on the following experimental targets:intoxicative hepatic damage induced by CCl4,emptying action of the stomach with the spleen deficiency,bleeding anemia,freeing activity and sleeping time.The results indicated that the effect of the mingle decoction was better than of the single decoction in all indexes.But both had not significant difference on statistics except RBC.

        摘要：The effect of Weitong Injection on the prevention of the postoperative intestinal adhesion and the healing of abdominal incision in rats were studied.It was concluded that Weitong Injection can reduce the severity of postoperative adhosions and decrease the hydroxyproline level of cecum,but don't effect the hydroxyproline level of abdominal incision.

        摘要：Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of Xieting Mixture(XTM) in improving right heart function and pulmonary hypertension with chronic obstruction pulmonary (COPD) disease.Methods:38 patients with pulmonary hypertension were divided randomly into XTM group treated by XTM with conventional therapy and control group treated by conventional therpy alone.Pheopneumogram and mean pulmonary artery pressure (mPAP) were observed before and after treatment,the right heart systolic time interval and mPAP of XTM group were significiantly improved and no significantly changes were found in control group. Conclusions:The effect of XTM in improving right heart function and pulmonary hypertinsion with COPD was affirmative.
