        摘要：Objective:To establish the quality standard of Toutongping capsule.Methods:The thin liquid chromatography was used to identify the four botanical drugs and the contents of paeoniflorin in Toutongping capsule were determined by high performance liquid chromatography.Results:The average content of paeoniflorin was 11.5mg/g.The average recovery ratio and relative standard deviation were 97.7% and 1.80% respectively.

        摘要：Objective:To determine the optimal production techniques of Xugufeng injection.Method:Orthogonal design method.Results and Conclusion:The optimal technique was as fellow:extracting solvent was 7.5 times water with pH 9 of dried drug in weigh,decocted for three times and each for 15 minutes,then,concentrated the filtrate to the ratio of 1∶2(w/w,extracts/drug),added 95% alcohol up to 80%,adjusted the pH to 7,deposited for 48h,filtered,concentrated,added water to total amount,sterilized at 115℃ for 35 minutes,deposited for seven days,filtered,decoloured with 0.25% active carbon for boiling ten minutes and filtered again.

        摘要：Objective:To afford theory support for clinical practice,we observed inhibitory effect of Chinese Compound Recipe Ⅲ on animal model of lymphatic metastasis.Methods:Mouse Uterine Cervix Cancer No 14(ascitic type)was used as an experimental model for lymphatic metastasis.The tumor cells were transplanted subcutaneously into left footpats of Kunming mouse.Morphological assay was used to observe changes of lymph nodes and inoculated legs.Results:The CCRⅢ reduced metastasis of U14,the inhibitory rates on lymphatic metastasis of large,medium,small dose and Cytoxan are 79.1%、66.6%、68.8%、43.3%respectively.Conclusion:The CRRⅢ could suppress metastasis of U14 in some degree,it's mechanism worth deep study.

        摘要：In order to explore the pharmacological effects of Zhifukang Capsulae of hyperlipoidemia and protective effects of atherosclerosis,the rabbits were orally administrated for 8 weeks.At the end of 4 and 8 weeks,serum lipoidemia was analyzed.At the end of 8 weeks,degree of the atherosclerosis in the arterial and heart walls was measured.The results showed that Zhifukang Capsules could lower the lipoidemia contents in serum and released atherosclerosis in arterial wall.

        摘要：Using step-down and step-through test,we determined learning and memory behaviour of the mice (ICR) with Capsule Beneficial.Results showed that the different doses of Capsule Beneficial to Intelligence may obviously improve the passive avoidance ability of the mice,the avoidance incubation period becomes longer;5 min errors decrease.

        摘要：The effect of zhinao capsule on anabolism of uncleic acid and protein in the narrow cells of mice was studied with the method of radioisotope precursor incorporation.The results showed that zhinao capsule could not obviously promote the anabolism of uncleic acid and protein in the narrow cells of normal adult mice,but could markedly enhance the lower synthetic ability of uncleic acid and protein in the narrow cells of senile mice and there was certainly dose-effect relationship among three groups,in addition,the capsule had the regulation and antiradiation effect on the model mice of damage to uncleic acid and protein resulted from 60Co-γ ray.

        摘要：The anaphylactic rhinitis is clinically a common ailment and frequently-occurring disease.It possesses the features of long course of disease,frequent recurrence and being difficult to make a complete cure.Its etiology and pathogenesis are complicated and the recurrence rate is high.Through observation on treatment by dispensing medicines (for external application) for anaphylactic rhicitis based on an overall analysis of symptoms and signs,the results shows that the effective rate is 88-75% for therapeutic group and is 62-5% for control group (P<0.005).
