        摘要：The extracted techniques of Xinnin dropping pill were determined by orthogonal design method by assay of Ginenoside Rgl in the extraction.The optimal technical parameters were as follow:using 5 times amount of 80% alcohol as extracting solvent to reflux for 1.5 hours at the first time,and 4 times solvent for one hour at the second extraction.

        摘要：The extract of Herba Epimedii was treated with alcohol,macroporous resin,ultrafilter and clarification agent.Those treatment methods were compared in the content of Icariin in the treated extract.The results showed that the alcohol sedimentation was the best treatment method for the extract of Herba Epimedii.

        摘要：Spica prunellae, cortex phellodendri and borneolum syntheticum in shukou powder were qualitatively identified by thin layer chromatography method. The contents of chlorogenic acid were determined by TLC-scanner method. The average recoveries and the relative standard deviation of this method were 97.45% and 2.02%,respectively.

        摘要：Niaopinkang at the doses of 5～20 g/kg decreased the times and volume of urination in the mice and rats receiving ip water or furosemide. The duration of action after oral administration is from 0.5 to 7h. The behavior of Niaopinkang was showed by two-compartment model using residual rate and effect-dose relationship. Results indicated that the apparent t1/2 and effect-dose t1/2 were 5.428 h and 5.847 h, respectively.

        摘要：OBJECTIVE:To determine pharmacokinetic parameters of paeoniflorin (PF)contained in chinese recipe Xiongshao capsule in canine for proper clinic application.METHODS:PF in serum was determined by RP-HPLC with UV-detector. The concentration-time data were fitted using 3p87 Pharmacokinetics Program. RESULTS:The concentration-time curves of PF in Xiongshao capsule administrated intragastically fitted open one compartment model. Pharmacokinetic parameters were ka=0.0082±0.0010(min-1),ke=0.0060±0.0015(min-1),t1/2Ka=86.10±12.38(min)t1/2ke=86.10±12.38(min-1),tpeak=169.16±21.81,tmax=3845.89±716.70(μg·L-1).

        摘要：To study the effect of Shenkangning(SKN) on experimental C-BSA glomerulonephritis model on rabbits. Results indicate SKN cluld significantly decrease urine proteins,serum lerinary nitrogen and serum creatinine,and could attenuate swelling of the glomerulus,hyperpiesia,thrombosis,leukocyte infiltration,recovering the function in the glomerulus,and was significant dose-dependent relationship.

        摘要：A comparative study on effect of promoting ovulation between Tiaojing Zhongzi Decoction TJZZD and clomifene was conducted.Results showed that the ovulation rate of TJZZD group was a compared with that of clomifene group.How-ever,there was a significant difference between the two groups in effective rate of menoxenia treatment.The results suggested the TJZZD could definitely promote the ovulation,and has a good effect in treating menoxenia and improving the symptoms.The mechanism of TJZZD might be regulating the function of hypothalamus-pituitary-ovary system to promote ovulation.

        摘要：A white lesion of vulva is related to carcinoma of vulva in literatures worldwide.We observe the principle of combination of far and near superficiality and origin,to select point,e.g.Shenyu,Henggu,Piyu,Antipruritic point,Yinlian,Sanyinjiao,Ligou etc.Furthermore,Chinese medicines are employed for external local use.Finally,we achieve approving curative effect.
