摘要:Objective:To establish the fingerprint standard of Xueshuantong Injection and its raw material by HPLC method.Methods:Column:Nova-Pak?C18,mobile phase:CN3CH∶H2O in gradient mode,flow rate:1.0ml/min,detecting wavelength:210nm.Results:The fingerprint standards of total saponins of notoginseng and its injection were esablished.
摘要:Objective:To determine of contents of 2,3,5,4′-tetrahydroxystibene-2-O-β-D-glucoside in Yishenfuji Capsule;Methods:HPLC was adopted.The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-water(14∶86).The detection wavelength was at 320nm and flow rate was 0.8ml/min.Results:The linearity was obtained over the range of 0.0508~0-254μg.The average recovery was 97.0%.Conclusion:The method was simple and reliable.It is suitable for the determination of 2,3,5.4′-tetrahydroxystibene-2-O-β-D-glucoside in Yishenfuji Capsule.

摘要:Objective:To accumulate scientific data of micro-powder of compound Chinese medicine.Method:By compared the yield of water-soluble extract,amount of total essential oil,and contents of chlorogenic acid and forsythoside of micro-powder with that of yinpian decoction.Contents of chlorogenic acid and forsythoside were determined by HPLC method.Compound Chinese medicine was selected Yinqiao jiedu decoction.Results:All figures above of micro-powder were higher than that of yinpian decoction.Conclusion:Micro-powder can replace yinpian to fill the prescription and save medical raw material.
摘要:Objective:To establish quantitative analysis of Astragaloside in Buxue capsual.Methods:The mobile phase is chloroform-methanol-water(13∶6∶2),the color reagent is ethanol containing 10% sulfuric acid.TLC-scanning conditions:λs 530nm and λR 670nm.Results:The average recovery was 97.8% with good linear relationship(r=0.997)and reproducibility.Conclusion:the method is stable and reliable which can be used for the quality control of Buxue capsual.

摘要:Object:To study the effect of Liuwei Dihuang (LW) decoction on stress induced imbalance of hypothalamus-pituitary-ovary (HPO) axis in female mice.Methods:Mice were subjected to hanging stress every day (30 min for the first 3 days,and after word increasing 30 min for every 3 days).The total-duration of stress was 25 days.Radioimmunoassay (RIA) was used to test the concentrations of hypothalamal Gonadotropinreleasing hormone (GnRH) and serum estradiol,and the western blot technique was used to quantify the level of luteinizing hormone (LH) in the pituitary.Results:The body weights of stress-loaded mice were markedly increased and the estrus cycle and the diestrus was significantly prolonged in stress-loaded mice.Meanwhile,the concentrations of hypothalamal GnRH and pituitary LH in stress-loaded mice were significantly decreased,while the levels of serum estradiol were significantly increased.Oral administration of LW showed little effect on the oestrus cycle in stressed mice,but showed significantly improving effects on the levels of hypothalamal GnRH and pituitary LH.The serum estradiol concentration of stressed mice was significantly restored after LW administration.Conclutions:Stressing mice by hanging induced malfunction of HPO axis,and LW improved or restored the disturbance of HPO axis in stess-loaded mice.
摘要:The effects of Tiao-Xin-Fang(TXF) on long-term potentiation (LTP) in rat hippocampal slices pretreated with β-amyloid or corticosterone were investigated by extracellular microelectrode recording technique.The results showed that the successful rate of evoking LTP was about 60% under normal condition.The PS amplitude was significantly increased and PS latent period was decreased.Pre-incubation of hippocampal slices with β-amyloid(0.2μM) or corticosterone(2μM) had little effect on either the sharp or amplitude of PS,indicating that they didn't influence the basal synaptic transmission.However,after tetanus the LTP induction rate and PS amplitude were both obviously decreased compared with the control,suggesting either of them inhibited LTP generation.In vitro application of TXF(7.45mg/ml) significantly antagonized their inhibitory effects on LTP induction.These results suggested that TXF antagonized the inhibitory effects of β-amyloid and corticosterone on LTP in rat hippocampal slices and that may be one of the mechanisms of TXF in improving the impaired learning and memory function of Alzheimer's disease patients.
摘要:To investigate the effects and mechanisms of Xiao Fegnsan Granules (XFG) on allergic diseases,mice delayed-type hypersensitivity(DTH),mice dextran-induced systemic pruritus,and guinea pig allergic dermatitis caused by DNFB were used.Meanwhile,the indexes of thymus and spleen in DTH mice And IL-2 activity in serum of allergic guinea pig were determined.We also observed the pathological changes in allergic dermatitis.Results indicated XFG could inhibit the mice DTH ear edema and the increase of the thymus and spleen indexes of DTH mince.In allergic dermatitis guineapig,XFG could inhibit the dermal pathological changes and decreased the content of serum IL-2.XFG also could inhibit dextran-induced systemic pruritus in mice.
摘要:Aim:To study effect of the tablet extracted from rhubarb on hyperinsulinmia in simple obese rats.Methods:The simple obese rats with hyperinsulinmia were randomly divided into two groups:experimental group was composed of eight rats,administrated with tablet extracted from rhubarb,0.25g/100gb.w/day,control group:eight rats,administrated with N.S.The serum insulin and peptide C were detected by radioimmunoassay,the serum TNF-α by ELISA.Results:After administration of tablet extracted from rhubarb for one month,the body weight in experimental rats was obviously reduced,at the same time,the level of insulin,peptide C and TNF-α remarkably lowered.There is a positive relationship between the serum insulin and TNF-αlevel.Conclusion:The tablet extracted from rhubarb demonstrated significant effects on reducing body weight and lowering the serum insulin level in hyperinsulinmia in simple obese rats,which may be contributed to the decrease of TNF-α level

摘要:Objective:To evaluate the curable effect of Zhinao capsule in treatment of vascular dementia (VaD). Methods: 90 cases of VaD were divided randomly into two groups with single-blind method, 60 cases were administered with Zhinao capsule as treatment group, 30 cases were treated with Hydergine orally as control group. Results: The total effective rate in the treatment group were 63.3%, whereas in the control group were 53.3%. The differences between two groups were not significant. On the other hand, the effect of the treatment group in improving indexes of TCM syndromes and hemorrheology was superior to the control group. In the meantime, the treatment group could increase the scores of minin-mental state examination (MMSE) and Hasegawa's dementia scale-revision (HDS-R),reduce the scores of activities of daily living (ADL) and neural functional defect, and improve cerebral blood-flow and abnormal electroencephalograph, There were not significant differences between the two groups. Conclusion: Zhinao capsule exerts a certain effect on VaD.
