      摘要:The establishment of methodology for design of experiments is thoaght as a key principle to find the optimized proportion of prescription of TCM,which is one of important issues on complex formula of TCM.Basically,a optimized method of experimental design for proportion screening of small prescription with definite efficiency was extablished,which is called as increase-decrease design method of pxperiment with baseline geometric proportion.

      摘要:Objective:To Study the purification process of Niaoduqing film-tablet.Methods:The Optimum separation and purification process conditions were studied by the orthogonal test with TLC identification and content determination as markers.Result:The purification effect was perfact with clarifier.The most important factor influencing the separation and purification was concentration of medication solution and then were the temperature of medication solution and the dosage of clarifier.

      摘要:Object To establish the quality standands for ichuanJjiaonong.Methods Herba Cistanches Radix Angelicae Sinensis Fructus Aurantii in Jichuanjiaonong were identified by TLC.Oleanolic acid in Rechmanuia glutionosa Libosh was determined by TLC-Scanning.Result These methods were simple and accurate. Conclusion The methods can be used for the quality control of Jichuanjiaonong.

      摘要:Objective:To optimize the extraction process of volatile oil in Aifu nuangong Granules.Methods:The particle size of medicinal materials,extraction time,and the solvent dosages were sysmatically stuied by the rate of extract volatile oil as marker.Results:The more effective way to extract volatile oil was effluent extraction with the particle size of medicinal materials as ten to twenty mesh,and with eight times amount of water under reflux for six hours.Conclusion:The particle size of medicinal materials and the solvent dosages showed greater effects than others on the extraction efficiency of volatile oil.

      摘要:Objective:To optimize the extraction of Sipeimine of F.cirrhosa D.Don.Methods:Taking content of Sipeimine as parameters.The optimum extraction process was selected with the U7(74)uniformity design.Results:The significant effects of alcohol concentration,alcohol volume and percolation time on the extraction of Sipeimine content were discovered.Conclusion:The optimum rhubarb percolation condition obtained was:adding 14-fold times of 65% alcohol and percolating for 7 hours.Sipeimine content ≥14.16%.

      摘要:Objective:To establisha quality standard for Dihuang Jiangtang Granule.Methods:Raidx Rehmanniae,Herba Gynostemmae,Rhizoma Atractylodis and Radix Scrophulariae were identified by TLC.Sarsasapogenin was determined by TLC-Scanning.Results:Radix Rehmannlae,Harba Gynostemmae,Rhizoma Atractylodis and Radix Scrophulariae were detected by TLC.A good linear relationship was noted at the range of 0.92~4.6μg of sarsasa pogenin,(r=0.9998).The average recovery was 99.16%,and RSD was 0.84%.Conclusion:The established methods are simple,feasible and reproducible.This study provided a method for the quality control of Dihuang Jiangtang Guanule.

      摘要:Objective:To study the content of Xue jie Su in Gufukang Capsules.Methods:The determination of Xue jie su was carried out by HPLC in Gufukang Capsules.Results:The average content of Xue jie Su in Gufukang Capsules was 0.0765~0.3825μg(r=0.9999),the recovery was 99.402% and RSD was 2.01%(n=5).Conclusion:This method is sensitive,specific and accurate with a good repeatability and can be used for the quality control of Gufukang Capules.

      摘要:Objective:To create a quantitative analysis method of RP-HPLC to determine the serum concentration of berberine from QLS in rabbits.Methods:The conditions of chromatography:stationary phase:Platinum EPS column (C8 100A 3μ,150mm×4.6mm),mobile phase:acetonitrile~1/12N phosphate buffer solution(70:30,v/v),flow rate:0.8ml·min-1,detection wavelength was 345 nm,temperature of column was 40℃,external standard method was quantitative analysis method.Results:The linear relationship of serum concentration of berberine was shown well in the range of 0.72μg·L-1~578.98μg·L-1,the detectability was 0.36μg·L-1,recovery ratio was(96.06±4.74)%,degree of precision of within the day and among the day were 1.16%~2.18%、0.99%~3.04% respectively.Conclusion:This method was shown with good accuracy、good sensitivity and good specificity,can provide a valuable method for serum concentration detection of berberine.

      摘要:Objective:To study the effects of QingJieNing on immune function in mice. Methods:The animal model was made by immuning mice with sheep red blood cell(SRBC), delayed type hypereneitivity(DTH) by measuring foot thickness, qutity of plaque forming cell (PFC) by hemolytic spectrophotometry, proliferation of T and B lymphocyte by MTT colorimetry, phagocytosis ability of M Φ in abdominal cavity by neural red colorimetry were observed respectively. Results:QingJieNing can siginificantly inhibits DTH, PFC, hemolysin, proliferation of T and B lymphocyte, and phagocytosis of M Φ in mice. Conclusion:QingJieNing has siginificant inhibition effect on immune function in mice immuned by SRBC.

      摘要:Objective:To study the effects of Guben Huatan Quyu Decoction (GHQD) on the plasma levels of Nitric (NO) and Endothelin (ET)in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) during Remission Stage Method:Thirty-two COPD patients were treated with GHQD and 20 patients in control group were treated with Guben Decoction. The plasma levels of NO and ET were measured in all patients before and after treatment. And the clinical effects of the treatment were observed. Result: After treatment, the plasma level of NO increased (P<0.01) and the level of ET decreased (P<0.01 or P<0.05) significantly in both groups,moreover,the level of ET in patients treated with GHQD was significantly lower than in control group (P<0.01). And the curative effect in patients of GHQD group was much better than in control group.

      摘要:The studies on the effective compounds of decoction are the key on the development of Traditonal Chinese Medicines. A review,including the progression and methods on the effective compounds of decoction,was made,based on the summary of many reports.At the same time,some hard problems were analyzed,such as how to choose the experiment object,sample preparation and mensuration,to verify the effective components.The deeper intercommunion among the correlative subjects and a flood of new thoughts would accelerate the study of decoctions.

      摘要:Objective:To review the chemical studies progress of genus Dryopteris. Methods:To review the types of compounds,and their structures,isolation and identification from the reference.Results:58 Phloroglucinol derivatives,13 terpenoids and 4 flavonoids were isolated and identified from plants of genus Dryopteris.Conclusion:The resources of genus Dryopteris are very abundant in China.To full use of this resource,the chemical studies should be closely combined with pharmacological screening.

      摘要:Objective:To summarize the application of several refining methods in purifying Traditional Chinese Medicine preparation in recent years.Method:By consulting literatures.Result:Alcohol sedimentation,membrane separation technique,overspeed centrifugal,clarifier sorption and macroporous resin have their own advantage,while there are some problems in each method.Conclusion:You should choose and compare defferent refining methods according to the need of clinical treatment,the chemical character of each medicine in prescription and the request of preparation,and you can apply two kinds or several kinds of fefining methods.
