摘要:Objective:To establish the method for quality control of Guben Zhike Electuary.Methods:Nidus Macrotermis,Fructus Schisandrae,Herba Epimedii and Radix Astragali were identified by TLC.The content of deoxyschisandrin was determined by HPLC.Conditions of HPLC were:Shim-Pack CLS-ODS column(150×6.0mm)with detection wavelength at 254nm.The mobile phase consisting of a mixture of methanol-water(85∶15).The flow rate was 1 ml·min-1.Result:The spots of TLC were clear and concentrative.The linear regression for Deoxyschisandrin was obtained over the range of 0.06~0.54μg.The average revovery was 96.0%,RSD=2.15%(n=6).Conclusion:The methods are sensitive,accurate,reproducible and exclusive.It can be use for quality control of Guben Zhike Electuary.  
摘要:Aim:To study the clarifications effect of removing the impurity and reserving the effective substances.Method:Select the best clarify condition.Compare the effect of clarification and alcohol-settled.Result:there is no siqnaficantly difference on content of Matrine,TLC-identifiction and stability between clarification and alcohol-settled.Conclusion:The clarification method provide better stability,lower cost and shorter production cycle.  
摘要:Objective:To optimize the extraction process of Ferulic Acid and Ligustilide in Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.Method:The optimum extraction was investigated by the orthogonal design,Ferulic Acid and Ligustilide determined by HPLC,the concentration of ethanol,amount of ethanol,extraction time and extraction times were the four factors in the experiment.Results:The optimum extraction process was adding 10 times amount of 80% alcohol,refluxing and extraction for 3 times,1h each time.Conclution:This extraction process shows higher yield of Ferulic acid and ligustilide and is available for industrial production.  
摘要:Objective:Rhizoma Drynariae in QianJin-JiuXin capsule were identified by TLC.The establishment of a quantitative determination method is reported by TLC for Naringin in QianJin-JiuXin capsule.Methods:TLC scanning method was selected.Results:The linearity was obtained over the range of 1.18~7.08 μg,r=0.9993,The average recovery is 97.15%,RSD=1.59%(n=5).Conclusion:The results is sensitive,simple accurate and with a good reproducibility.  
摘要:Object:To establish the quality standard of Fufang Banmao jiaonang.Methods:The content of main component,Cantharidin was determined by GC method.Panax ginseng,Astragalus membranaceus and Acanthopanox senticosus were distinguished by TLC.Results:Showed the negative comparison displayed no disturbance.The founded method linearity within the range of 0.02μg to 0.76μg(r=0.9995).The average recovery rate was 97.14% and RSD was 1.23%(n=5).Conclusion:The method was available for quality control of Fufang Banmao jiaonang.  
摘要:Object:To set up a method for determining icarii Xintongning Capsule.Methods:HPLC,mobile phase:acetonitrile-water(30∶70),detection wavelength:270nm.Results:Linearity of icarii was ottained in the range of 0.27~1.35μg.The average recovery and RSD were 98.96% and 1.8%,reopectively.Conclusion:This method is accurate,reliable and provides a scientic index for controlling the quality of Xintongning Capsule.

摘要:Aim To investigate the mechanism underlying the cognition-enhancing effect of Liuwei Dihuang decoction (LW).Method Whole-cell recording technique was used to observe the spontaneous synaptic activity of rat hippocampal neurons cultured with the serum from LW-treated rats,termed LW-containing serum(LWCS).Results After the hippocampal neurons were treated with LWCS for 48h,the frquency of spontaneous action current(sAC) and miniature excitatory post-synaptic current(mEPSC) were significantly increased,but the amplitude of mEPSC remained unchanged.Conclusion LWCS enhanced spontaneous synaptic activity of the hippocampal neurons possibly by affecting the pre-synaptic site of the neurons and this may contribute to the cognition-enhancing effect of LW.  
摘要:Obsjective To observe the reversal effect of Fufang Sangen Mixture(FFSG) in multidrug resistant(MDR)cell lines K562/ADR and K562/VCR.Methods We used MTT assay to observe the mixture's reversal effect.Then,we determined the effect of FFSG on intracellular adriamycin(ADR) accumulation,drug efflux and the expression of p-gp by flowcytometry(FCM).Results 10mg/ml,20mg/ml of FFSG can reverse the K562/ADR cell's resistance to adriamycin to some degree and 20mg/ml FFSG can also partly reverse the K562/VCR cell's resistance to adriamycin.10mg/ml,20mg/ml concentration of FFSG can enhance the intracellular adriamycin accumulation in K562/ADR and K562/VCR cell lines.FFSG also has the effect on the efflux of intracellular adriamycin and decreasing the expression of p-gp in MDR cell lines.Conclusion FFSG can partly reverse the resistance of MDR cell lines.  
摘要:Objective:To observe the in vitro effect of anti-fibrosis Compound contained (AFC) serum on matix metalloproteinase and tissue inhibitor of metalloprotenase-1 (TIMP-1) mRNA levels of HSC-LI90 cell. Methods:HSC-LI90 cells were exposed in different doses of AFC contained serum(0.5,2.0 4.0g/kg) for 48 hours.The gene expressions of matix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2) and membrane type matrix metalloproteinase (MT-MMP) and TIMP-1 were investigated by Northern blot,The gelatinase activity of MMP-2 was examined by zymography.Results:AFC contained serum could inhibit the TIMP-1 and increased the MT-MMP the gene expressions of HSC-LI90,The expressions of MMP-2 and MMP-2 activity were not affected by different doses AFC contained serum.Conclusions:AFC contained serum can decrease TIMP-1 mRNA expression of HSC-LI90 cells.  
摘要:Objective:To study the analgesic mechanism of DLP extract on FCA-induced pain model. Methods:Experiment detected the pain threshold, pain grade and the expression of c-fos gene in periphery tissue by using the methods of immunohistochemistry. Results DLP extract showed obvious effects, compared with model group (P<0.05), on enhancing the pain threshold and restraining the Fos expression of periphery tissue. Conclusion:DLP extract has analgesic effect and its analgesic effect was probably associated with its effect on restraining the Fos expression of periphery tissue.

摘要:Objective To investigate effects of Pingchuan Heji,aminophylline and BUD on peripheral blood cell count,SIL-2R and IL-2 of patients suffered from cold asthma. Methods Plasma SIL-2R and IL-2 were determined by ELISA.Results No significant differences were found in the clinical curative effect and in the peripheral blood cell count between Pingchuan Heji treatment and the control.Eosinophil count went down apparently for both the groups.However,lymphocyte count and neutrophil count did not change greatly. The levels of SIL-2R and IL-2 were lovered down significantly by Pingchuan Heji.Conclusion Pingchuan Heji could treat asthma by reducing eosinophil count and the levels of SIL-2R and IL-2.
