        摘要：Object:To set up the method of content determination of ginsenosides Rg1 in Qingnao oral liquid.Methods:HPLC,mobile phase:Acetonitrile-0.4%H3PO4 solution (19∶81),detection wavelength:205nm.Results:The standard curve was linear in the range of 0.32～3.52μg.The average recovery rate and RSD were 100.8% and 2.39%.Conclusion:This method is accurate,reliable and provides a scientic index for controlling the qualities of Qingnao oral liquid.

        摘要：Objective:To determine the content of Icariin in Qianliekangshu Capsule by high performance liquid chromatography.Methods:The determination was conducted by HPLC using a Diamonsil-C18 column(5μm,4.6mm×150mm) and a mobile phase of Acetonitrile-water (30∶70).The detection wavelengh was 270nm.Results:Good linear relationship between area and amount was noted for 0.496～2.480μg of Icariin,with a correlation coefficient of 0.9997.The average recovery of Icariin was 97.20%, RSD was 1.88%.Conclusion:The established method is simple,accurate,sensitive and can be applied to the quality control of the preparation.

        摘要：Objective:To develope a new method for determination of the water-soluble components and lipophilic components in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.Method:A HPLC method was set up,using Shim-pack VP-ODS C18 column (150mm×4.6mm),methanol∶0.5% acetic acid as mobile phase in gradient elution,with detection at 281nm,temperature of column is 35℃,rate flow is 0.8ml/min.Result:The correlation coefficient of the calibration curve of Danshensu Dhpl,Tanshinone ⅡA,Dihydrotanshinone Ⅰ and Cryptotanshinone were 0.9997,0.9997,0.9999 and 0.9994 respectively.The RSD of precision and stability of the sample was less than 2% in 24 hours.The RSD of the average recovery was less than 5%.Conclusion:The result of fourteen kinds of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.in Henan Lushi county indicates that this method is feasible,stable and offers a kind of method for quality evalution of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.

        摘要：Methods:Experimental endometriosis was studied in the intact female rat.Results:The change in pathology of end-ometriol explant had significantly decreased in the treated group compared with the untreated group.Less numbers of the glands,smaller glandular cavity,and shrunk glandular cells were also observed in the treated group.

        摘要：Bupleurum root and Scutellaria root is the core paired-component of the Minor Chaihu decoction.In the experiment we observed the effects of anti-febrile of the Bupleurum root and Scutellaria root mingled decoction and separated decoction on the fever induced by LPS intraperitoneally injected at the dose of 20μg/kg and 80μg/kg,respectively.Both of the decoctions orally administrated can significantly inhibited the fever induced by LPS at both doses ( P<0.05 or 0.01)at the dose of 10g/kg,and there is no significance between the both decoctions.But analyzing the effects comprehensively,we found that the mingled decoction presented the anti-febrile effet earlier than the separated decoction,and indicated a better efficacy in trend.

        摘要：Objective:To explore the pharmacological effect of Qianhu Ketan Tang(QKT).Methods:Mouse model of cough and model of asthma were established by using ammonia and histamine with acetycholine inspiration accordingly. We investigated effects of OKT and a positive drug on expectorant by using the model with intraperitoneal injection of phenolsulfonphthalein. The anti-virus action of QKT was evaluated by a model of virus infection induced by influenzavirus nosedrop.Results:1 QKT high dose group and QKT low dose group can prolong the cough incubation period in mice. 2 QKT high dose group can increase the excretion of phenolsulfonphthalein. 3 QKT high dose group can prolong the sathma incubation period in mice. 4 The lung weights of QKT high dose group are lower than that of model group. Conclusion:QKT have good effect of cough suppression, expectorant and relieving asthma, and it can protect lung from attack of virus.

        摘要：Objective:To observe the lipid-modifying and liver-protective effects of semen astragali complanati extract A and B.Methods:Male hyperlipidemic rats were induced by feeding with fat milk.The serum TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C and coefficient of hepatic weight were measured after administration of semen astragali complanati extract for 20 days.The levels of serum ALT and AST of the mice injured by ip 0.07% CCl4 0.1ml/10g were examined after mice were given semen astragali complanatix extract for 14 days.Results:In semen astragali complanati extract A and B groups,the levels of serum TC,TG and LDL-C were lower than those in the hyperlipidemic group,while serum HDL-C was increased.The serum ALT and AST levels in semen astragali complanati extract groups were lower than those in liver-injured group as well.Conclusion:Semen astragali complanati extract A and B possessed the obvious lipid-modifying and liver-protective effects,and the effects of both extracts were basically similar.

        摘要：Objiecteve:To study Immunoregulating mechanism of Lingguizhugan Decoction on immunosuppression in mice.Methods:The immunosuppressed mice were induced by cyclophoamide (Cy),80mg·kg-1,ip,qd×1.Lingguizhugan Decoctine (42.90,21.45,4.29g·kg-1,ig,qd×10) were administrated for immunosuppressed mice.Then the T-lymphocyte subset and activity of interleukin-2(IL-2) were measured by indirect immunofluorescence and thymus cells intermingled 3H-TdR.Ressults:Lingguizhugan Decoction could obviously enhance the total number of T-cells,percentage of L3T+4,Lyt-2+ and revise the turbulence of T-lymphocyte subset.It could also evidently promote the activity of IL-2.Conclusion:The Immunoregulating mechanism of Lingguizhugan Decoction in immunodepression mice were related with promoting the function of helper T-cell(TH) and activity of IL-2.

        摘要：Object:To investigate the effect of Pai-du-yang-yan capsule on blood sugar and renal function in diabetic mice.Methods:Diabetic mice were induced by injection (iv) of alloxan.Blood sugar.blood urea nitrogen and creatinine levels were investigated.Results:Pai-du-yang-yan capsule significantly reduced blood sugar level,blood urea nitrogen,and creatinine level.Conclusion:Pai-du-yang-yan capsule had effect on reduction of blood sugar and protection of kidney in diabetic mice.

        摘要：Objective:To observe Jiawei Sangbaipi decoction in treating severe pulmonary disease about the effect of clinical symptom and arterial blood analysis.Method:36 patients were treated with not only common treatment but also Jiawei Sangbaipi decoction taken orally or by nose,concentrated decocted three doses,three times a day,150ml every time and two weeks as a period of treatment.Results:In 36 patients about syndrome signs assessed,the markedly effective were 11 cases,effective 18 cases and ineffective 7 cases.In multi-syndrome signs,breathe hard,favor,cough and sputum showed significant difference(P<0.01),and tongue-pulse,senses,lip-nail also showed significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Severe pulmonary disease is trickiness to treat,but assisted with Jiawei Sangbaipi decoction showed a approving clinical effect.

        摘要：OBJECTIVE: To comprehend the dosage of Herba Asari in the historical preparations and the present clinical prescriptions. METHODS:To investigate the prescriptions of TCM,The present pharmacopoeia and the clinical decoction prescriptions which comprise Herba Asari. RESULTS:The dosage of Herba Asari in ancient and modern times prescriptions is as six to fourteen times as the maximum of the present pharmacopoeia. It comprises 47.5% that the clinical prescriptions which dosage is in the scope of pharmacopoeia. CONCLUSION: The dosage of Herba Asari in ancient,modern and present times prescriptions is far away from the regulation dosage of pharmacopoeia.
