        摘要：Object:To select the optimum extracting mode of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction.Method:Semi-bionic Extraction method is used,the contents of berberine,baicalin,geniposide,total alkaloid,total flavonoid,extract weight and total integral calculus area of HPLC by gradient washing are evaluated by the results.Result and Conclusion:The optimum extracting mode of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction is that Rhizoma Coptidis,Cortex Phellodendri and Fructus Gardeniae are decocted together,and Radix Sutellariae is decocted alone.

        摘要：Objectives:To establish the quality standard for Weitong Tablets.Methods:Cortex magnoliae officinalis,rhizoma cyeri and rhizoma atractylodis in this prescription were identified by TLC.The content limit of magnolol and honokil were determined by HPLC.Results:Cortex magnoliae officinalis,rhizoma cyeri and rhizoma atractylodis could be detected by TLC.The content limit of magnolol and honokil shouldn't be lower than 100μg per tablet.Conclusions:The established method is simple feasible and reproducible.The quality of Weitong Tablets can be controlled by the method.

        摘要：Objective:To establish a method for the determination of arginine in Isatis indigotica Fort.Method:Chromatography was performed on a 4μm Luna C18 column (4.6mm×150mm)at 25℃.The mobile phase was composed of water-trifluoroacetic acid(99.8∶0.2)with a flow rate of 0.2ml5min-1.An Alltech-500 evaporative light-scattering detector(USA)was used with a gas flow rate of 3.00 L5min-1 and tube temperature of 105℃.Result:A good relationship between logarithm of peak area and logarithm of concentration was noted at 0.504μg～2.52μg.Average recovery of arginine was 99.30% and the RSD was 0.87%.Conclusion:It was proved that the method was reliable,simple and accurate.

        摘要：Objective:To determine the content of Arctiin in Bangboruexiao Granules by high performance liquid chromatography.Methods:The determination was conducted by HPLC using a Diamonsil-C18 column(5μm,150mm×4.6mm)and a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water(28∶72).The detection wavelength was 280nm.Results:Good linear relationship between area and amount was noted for 0.2875～1.4375μg of Arctiin with a correlation coefficient of 0.9994 and n was 5.The average recovery of Arctiin was 98.09%,RSD was 0.73%.Conclusion:The established method is simple,accurate,sensitive and can be applied to the quality control of the preparation.

        摘要：Objective:To investigate the effect of Guizhi Tang on the time course of cerebral 15 hydroxy prostaglandin dehydrogenase(15-PGDH)in pyretic rats. Methods: The activity of 15-PGDH in hypothalamus and the other cerebral tissues at different time in rats were measured using radio-TLC assay. Results: Paralleled to a fever response induced by a s.c.injection of yeast, the activity of 15-PGDH decreased first,then followed by a gradual return to baselime. Treatment with Guizhi Tang inhibited the decrease of PGDH activity and enhanced it to above normal level;similar changes appeared to the other cerebral tissues while the recover in the later phase was inhibited by Guizhi Tang. Conclusion: Present data suggest that the decrease of the PGDH activity in hypothalamus may contribute to the early stage of fever-induction by yeast in rats and the increase of the enzyme may be one of the antipyretic mechanisms of Guizhi Tang.

        摘要：Objects:To investigate the influence of Qingzhi Capsule on endothelial function and hemorheology in rats with epidemic heat and blood stasis syndrome.Methods:The model was established with male rats induced by peritoneal injecting LPS and high fat diet.The level variations of ET,IL-1,SOD,NO in blood and the index of hemorheology were measured.Results:Qingzhi Capsule could increase the level of SOD and NO,and reduce the level of ET,and improve hemorheological parameters.Conclusion:These results indicated Qingzhi Capsule could improve endothelial function and hemorheology in rats with epidemic heat and blood stasis syndrome.

        摘要：Objective:To study the Rhubarb and Leech etc.remedy protection to the chronic renal failure(CRF) model of rats with kidney excision.Methods:The model of rats with 5/6 kidney excision were used.The rats were divided into the unexcised-operation group,the most kidney excised model group,the coated aldehyde oxystrach group,the Shensuaining group and the high,middle and low dose Rhubarb and Leech groups.The tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) by ELISA,the 24 hrs' urine proteins,blood urea nitrogen(BUN) and serum creatinine(Scr) in the rats were monitored.Results:The Rhubarb and Leech etc.remedy could reduce the urine proteins,decline the tumor necrosis factor,blood urea nitrogen(BUN) and serum creatinine (Scr).Especially,the low dose group had the significant effect,which had the significant difference from the model.Conclusion:The Rhubarb and Leech etc.remedy could protect the kidney subtotal excision rats and decrease the renal injury.

        摘要：Adopting the international common-used anxiety animal model with the elevated plus-maze test (EPM),we observed the effect of anti-anxiety of Suznzaoren Decoction from the angle of behavior.The research results indicated:The decoction really had the effect of anti-anxiety,but differed from the general dose-effect relationship pattern of chemical medicines.The effect of the decoction does not increase with the raising doses.

        摘要：Objective:To observe the functions of Zilu burn plaster to relieve pain,resist inflammation,subside swelling,and promote blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis.Methods:Use the methods of chemical stimulation and hot board to observe the function of relieving pain on the mouse,Observe the functions of resisting inflammation and subsiding swelling,which swelling and distention caused to the rat's feet by egg white,and which caused to the mouse's auricles by Xylene.Observe the function of promoting blood circulation through the impact on mouse's little circulation of auricles.Results:Zilu burn plaster can obviously improve the mouse's pain threshold caused by hot board and reduce the times of body sprain caused by acetic acid;Can obviously increase the diameter of auricle's small arteries and veins,can improve the mouse's auricle circulation.Can obviously restrain the swelling and distention caused to the mouse's auricles by Xylene;can obviously lighten the swelling and distention caused to the rat's feet by egg white;So Zilu burn plaster have fairly effects,such as relieve pain,resist inflammation,subside swelling,and promote blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis,etc..

        摘要：The rat model of the syndrome of deficiency of the kidney and depressed liver with impaired sexual function was established by injecting Hydrocortisoni Acetas and irritating by tail nipping.The effects of Bu Sheng Shu Gan Tang(Decoction for tonifying the kidney and dispersing the stagnated liver-energy) on the model were observed.The results indicated that Bu Sheng Shu Gan Tang can improve the model's syndrome of deficiency of the kidney and depressed liver;increase significantly the associated grand's weight,the T lever in serum,T/E2,and the level of NOS in the penis;adjust 6-keto-PGE1α,TXB2 and their ratio in the plasma and promote the rats' sexual function.

        摘要：According to the openly published academic journals of the Chinese and western medicine in recent 10 years,it is found that Zuogui pill can treat more than fifty modern diseases at ceust.In spite of the complexity and diversity of the clinical disorders that Zuogui pill is applicable,they are all closely correlated with the diminution or disturbance of nerve-endocrine-immunological network function,and the main points of syndrome differentiation is "asthenia of the body and deficit of the essence".Experiment researches initially show that Zuogui pill may integrate and adjust actions of multi-components,multi-ways,multi-links and multi-targets to nerve-endocrine-immunological network.
