摘要:Object:To study active chemical constituents of Danggui Shaoyao San.Methods:Compounds in the fraction of volatile oil were studied by GC-MS and isolated by silica gel chromatography.Results:Thirty-two peaks were separated and twenty-four of them were identified by GC-MS;four compounds were obtained and three of them were identified as atractylenolide Ⅲ,phchymic acid and ferulic acid.Conclusion:The volatile oil may by the active fraction in preventing and treatment of senile dementia.  
摘要:Object:To develope a HPLC method to determine the content of 2,3,5,4′-tetrahydroxystibene-2-O-β-D-glucoside in BUSHENYAOTONG granule.Method:The HPLC method was carried out on an ODS column using a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water(25:75),and detection wavelength was 320nm.Result:with a relation efficient of 0.9999.Good linear relationshipe between wrea and amount was noted for 0.05~0.25μg.The average recovery of 2,3,5,4′-tetrahydroxy stibene-2-O-β-D-glucoside and RSD were 97.47% and 2.23%,respectively.Conclusion:It was proved that the method was available,simple and accurate.  
摘要:Objective:To distinguish the active fraction extracted from the optimized Danggui Shaoyao San(FBD),which can prevent and treat vascular dementia.Method:(1) The dysmnesia model of learning and memory induced by scopolamine and ischemia-reperfusion was used. The ability of learning and memory was measured by step-through task and water maze task. (2) PC12 cell was injured by N`a2S2O4 and glutamine and the viability of cell was measured by MTT method.Results:At the same dosage of herbal medicine,the three compositions composed by four fractions extracted from FBD,[Polysaccharide+Volatile oil], [Polysaccharide+Volatile oil+n-Butanol-fraction] and [Polysaccharide+Volatile oil +Water-fraction], shortened swimming time obviously (P<0.05),prolonged significantly step-through latency and decreased number of errors in 5 minutes (P<0.05~0.01). (2) 10% Serum containing FBD and the three compositions were manifested to increase viability of injured PC12 cell (P<0.1~0.05). [Polysaccharide+Volatile oil] worked most obviously (P<0.05~0.01) at behavior and cellular levels.Conclusion: [Polysaccharide+Volatile oil] might be the active fraction of optimized Danggui Shaoyao San for preventing and treating VD.  
摘要:Purpose:To explore the mechanism of Shenfu Injection in treating cancer cachexia (C.C.) Method:mRNA was extracted from the blood cells and tumor tissue of T739 animal model of C.C., hybridizated respectively on 20S gene chip.Analysis on differential expression genes was carried out.Result:56 differential expression genes were obtained from each chip of blood cell and tumor tissue,57.1% and 55.4% of which belongs to mouse musculus cDNA library. 9 cross-genes were obtained from each chip of blood cell and tumor tissue,showing the same tendency of up-regulation or down-regulation. 4 of them belongs to mouse musculus cDNA library.Disscussion:1.The result suggests The gene segment of mouse musulus cDNA library might cause over-consumption of muscular tissue and results in C.C.; 2.Previous studies confirmed that inflammatory cytokines,such as IL-1 and IL-6 are closely related to C.C. Gene expression of ADAMTS-1 is correlated with inflammatory proceeding.The result showed that ADAMTS-1 of cross-genes showed a tendency of up-regulation,which is worth further studying; 3.The gene SCD2 showed a tendency of up-regulation. It was inferred that its expression was correlated with metabolism and function of adipose tissue,which further affected malnutrition in C.C. stage; 4.Described as progesterone receptor-associated immunophilin,FKBP51 displays interactions with progesterone receptor.The gene showed the same tendency as the gene chip study of medroxyprogesterone anti-C.C. at the same stage. As medroxyprogesterone was a confirmed effective drug for C.C., FKBP51 was deduced to have the same function as medroxyprogesterone. 5.PTA is the member of thymosin family and has immune regulatory effect.The gene expression showed a tendency of up-regulation after Shenfu Injection treatment.Shenfu Injection was thought to stimulate T cell immunity and further improve symptoms through elevating immune ability.  
摘要:Objective:To investigate the incompatible effects of BAISHAO in SIWU decoction. Method:The changes of NFS-60 and NIH-3T3 cells,peripheral white blood cells and CFU-GM、CFU-E、BFU-E、CFU-mix、CFU-meg were systematically investigated in vitro and in vivo by using blood deficiency model induced by irradiation. Result:BAISHAO decreased the proliferation of NFS-60 cells and white blood cells and have no effect on CFU-GM、CFU-E、BFU-E、CFU-mix、CFU-meg while the SIWU and other three ingredients increased the numbers of progenitor cells sharply.Conclusion:BAISHAO is a incompatible drug in SIWU decoction.  
摘要:Objective:To explore pharmacokinetics for osthole of YL2000 in normal and febrile rats. Methods:The levels of osthole in plasma were measured through HPLC and the secondary parameters were obtained by fitting the osthole concentration-time data using 3P87 software. Results:In normal and febrile rats,the plasma concentration of osthole was peaked at 1.62h vs.4.02h with a level of 0.03ug/ml vs. 0.04ug/ml,and the t1/2(ke), t1/2(ka), CL/F and AUC(0-T) of osthole was 2.98h vs. 2.00h, 0.43h vs. 1.09h, 4221(mg/kg)/h/(ug/ml) vs.2715(mg/kg)/h/(ug/ml) and 0.189(ug/ml)*h vs. 0.29(ug/ml)*h, respectively. Conclusion:Fever induced effects on pharmacokinetics of osthole,including delay of absorption and increas in AUC(0-T).  
摘要:Objective: To find out the anti-inflammatory effects of the complex(LaiJinsi,2:1) of extract of Hypericum perforatum L (EHPL) and lysine hydrochloride. Method:The models of xylene-induced ear edema, vascular permeability increased by acetic acid and granuloma induced by filter paper flip in mice were used in the study. Result: LaiJinsi could inhibit the ear edema, granuloma proliferation and reduce vascular permeability significantly in mice. Conclusion:LaiJinsi could inhibit the progress of acute inflammation, the probable mechanism may be related to inhibition of vascular permeability; could inhibit the proliferation of granuloma.

摘要:Aim:To investigate modulation effect of Guizhi Tang on complex model of hypertension with hyperpyrexia and its influence on vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP). Methods:To reproduce complex pathological model of hypertension with hyperpyrexia by subcutaneous injection of fresh yeast in spontaneous hypertension rat, and to measure VIP contents of plasma, cardiac muscle and hypothalamus tissues using radioimmunoassay. Rusults:Guizhi Tang, taken orally 10g/kg/day for three weeks, could decrease blood pressure of spontaneous hypertension rats and had no effect on heart rate. It also obviously decreased VIP content of cardiac muscle, made increase tendency on VIP content of hypothalamus, and had no influence on VIP content of plasma. Conclusion:Guizhi Tang can decrease blood pressure and has antipyretic effect on complex pathological model of hypertension with hyperpyrexia, and modulate VIP levels of cardiac muscle and hypothalamus tissues.

摘要:TCM Vagina gel has an inhibition on pathogenic bacteria of gynecological disease,it has significant effect on xylene-induced auricle acute inflammation in mices(p<0.05,p<0.01) and 1%carrageenan-induced hind paw edema in rats(P<0.05,P<0.01).it Can notably improve the pathomorphology of staphylococcus aureus-induced cervicitis in experimental rats,and raise itchthreshold in guinea pig.
