      摘要:Objective:To study the fingerprints of Radix Angelicae Sinensis.Method:Zorbax 300SB C18 column was used,with a mixture liquid of CH3CN-H2O-H3PO4 mobile phase in a gradient mode.The wavelength of measurement was 280nm.Result and conclusion:Sixteen peaks has been gotten from the Radix Angelicae Sinensis as its fingerprints.Three of them were identified as Ferulic acid,Senkyunolide H and Senkyunolide respectively.The method is simple and reliable.

      摘要:Five compounds were isolated from seed of Artemisia halodendron. they were identified as:daucosterol(Ⅰ),stigmasterol(Ⅱ),stigmasterol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅲ),cinnamic acid(Ⅳ),5-hydroxy-7,4′-dimethoxy-flavanone(Ⅴ) by means of physical and chemical methods and spectral analysis.All of them were identified from the plant for the first time.

      摘要:Objective To observe the humidity absorption of different particle size of Rhizoma Coptidis.Methods The humidity absorption rate and the humidity absorption percent in normal powder,ultra-micro powder and nanometer dimension powder were determined on condition of 25℃ and 75% humidity absorption.Then its critical relative humidity can be determined by the balance curve of humidity absorption during the different humidity condition at 25℃.Results The humidity absorption rate and the humidity absorption percent in ultra-micro powder and nanometer dimension powder are higher than that in the normal powder.The critical ralative humidity in normal powder,ultra-micro powder and nanometer dimension powder are 72.3%、72.0% and 71.4% respectively.Conclusion The humidity absorption was changed with its particle size.

      摘要:Objective:To observe the differential expressed protein spots in hypothalamus in yeast-induced febrile rats and the febrile rats treated with Fr.A,an active fraction extracted from Guizhi Tang.Methods:Using two-dimensional polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(2-DE) and computer-assisted image analysis to separate and find the spots of interests.The febrile group gel was designated as reference gel.Results:The matching rate of the Fr.A treated group is 85% a few protein spots were changed more than 30 folds.Conclusion:The spots of interests may be identified as the proteins that associate with the febrile process,and/or the potential targets affected by Fr.A.They will be further analysised.

      摘要:Using thiazolyl blue colorimetry(MTT) and NSE immunohistochemistry staining to observe the effect of Naohuandan on the impairment induced by beta-amyloid protein(A β)of primary cultured cortial and hippocampal neurons,we found that when treated with A β,some neurons dead,As compared with those、with non-drug containing serum,Naohuandan containing serum treament could promote the survival,the growth and the development of neurons.The results indicated that Naohuandan could reduce the neurotoxin of A β to cortial and hippocampal neurons.

      摘要:AIM:To study the protective effects of JWYPFS on lung in jury caused by passive smoking in rats. METHODS: The model of passive smoking rat was caused by cigarette smoke. The influence of JWYPFS on pathomorphology of lung tissue, mean arterial pressure of lung, activity of NOS, SOD and content of No, MDA in lung tissue were observed. Results: JWYPFS obviously improved the pathomorphology of lung tissue, decreased the mean arterial pressure of lung, increased the content of NO, the activity of NOS and SOD, decreased the content of MDA in lung tissue. Conclusion:JWYPFS had the protective effects on lung in jury of rats caused by passive smoking.

      摘要:Objective:To study the effects of PQYCJ on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(CPID) of rats.Method:We used the CPID model rats induced by Escherichia coli to observe the influence of PQYCJ on the model rats.Results:PQYCJ can significantly inhibite the inflammatory reaction and morphologic alteration of model uterus,it can significantly decrease the MDA level in serum.Conclusion:PQYCJ treat CPID effectively.

      摘要:Objective:Determine the efficacy of Tong Xin Luo(TXL)on the apoptosis and the activity of Caspase-3 in the endothelial cell under hypoxia.Method:the Bovine aortic endothelial cells(BAEC) were divided into three groups and incubated with normal medium,hypoxia medium,hypoxia medium+TXL(50ug/ml)for 24h respectively.Apoptosis were measured with TUNEL.Western blot and the kit of Caspase-3 activity determination were used to measure the expression and the activity of Caspase-3 in BAEC.Result:TXL can decrease the percent of apoptotic cells in BAEC induced by hypoxia with mark significance (11.84±1.4% vs 28.85±2.46%,P<0.05).Although TXL had no effect on the expression of Caspase-3 after hypoxia stimulation,TXL could abolished the increase of the activity of Caspase-3 in BAEC induced by hypoxia(41.2±5.5 VS 67.8±7.2 U/ml,P<0.05).Conclusion:The inhibition of the activity of Caspase-3 might be the main mechanism of TXL decrease endothelial cell apoptosis induced by hypoxia.

      摘要:Objectives:To observe the protective effects and mechanism of Fumai Ⅰ on arrhythmias and myocardial injury induced by stress. Methods: Chronic stress guinea pig model was established by footshock during a long period,arrhythmias was induced by Isoprenaline,epicardial Monophasic action potential (MAP) and ECG were detected synchronously, the activities of LDH,CK,NOS and the content of NO in myocarditis were measured. Results: Fumai Ⅰ can reduce the incidences of arrhythmias and triggered activity,the activity of LDH,NOS and the content of NO,increased the activity of CK in myocardium. Conclution:Fumai Ⅰ has a protective effect on arrhythmias and myocardial injury induced by stress.

      摘要:To observe the treatment and efficacy of nourishing kidney and activing blood in the treatment of intractable nephrotic syndrome,67 cases(treatment group)were treated by nourishing kidney and activing blood together with the treatment of regular western medicine.68 cases(control group)treated by routine therapy only.The total relief rate was 92.5% in the treatment group and 47.1% in the control.

      摘要:In order to evaluate clinical effects of Xueshuantong injection in treatment of acute cerebral infarction(ACI).106ACI cases were divided randomly into 2 groups,76 cases were treated with combination routine western medicine with Xueshuantong injection as treatment group,and 30 cases were administered with routine western medicine alone as control group.Meanwhile,the effects of the Xueshuantong injection on indexes of score of neurologic impairment and viability state,hemorheological parameters,the content of superoxide dismutase and malondialdehyde in the blood plasma in the patients with ACI were researched.Results showed that clinical therapeutic effect of treatment group was prior to that of control group,at the same time,Xueshuangtong injection could obviously improve indexes of score of neurologic impairment and viability state,hemorheological parameters,and free radical metabolism.Differences were very significant between two groups(P<0.05 orP<0.01).Above data indicated that Xueshuantong injection is an effective drug for acute cerebral infarction.

      摘要:To summarize the recent experimental studies on the protection of the traditional Chinese for treating the damage of gastric mucosa with Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs:The mechanism includes promoting the prostaglandin synthesis of gastric mucosa,suppressing the damage of free radical,reinforcing the gastric mucus-bicarbonate barrier,ameliorating the gastric mucosal epithelia function,ameliorating gastric mucosal blood flow and microcirculation,inhibiting gastric acid and pepsin.Most of the traditional Chinese materia medica are YI QI JIAN PI,others are HUO XUE HUA YU、QING RE JIE DU and ZI YIN SHENG JIN.More research is needed to clarify the relevance of protection of gastric mucosa and regulation of cyclooxygenase.
