摘要:Objective:To optimize the alcohol-extracting process for Chuanning granule.The refluxing method is better than percolation.Conclusion:The optimum alcohol-extraction technique is refluxing,the extraction conditions were optimized as follows:fowfold 80% alcohol for three times and each for two hours.  
摘要:The extracting effects of alkaloids from Leonurus heterrophyllus by different solvents were optimized by extract properties,contents of stachydrine hydrochloride and total alkaloids.The results showed water was better extracting solvent.The optimized extracting condition were:boiling with water for two times sustaining for 1.5h each,using 12 times volume of water for first time and 9 times for the second by orthogonal designed method,by use of content of as makers.  
摘要:Objective:To study the water extraction techniques of Chinemys reevesill (Gray).Methods:The water decocting techniques were optimized by orthogonal designed methods with the dried water decocting rates and the contents of nitrogen in the extract.Results:The smash degree,decocting time and extracting times significantly effected the extracting efficiency.Conclusion:The optimal decocting conditions of Chinemys reevesii were:smashing into 20~40 meshes powder,adding 8 times amount of water and refluxing for three time and each time for two hours.

摘要:Objective To optimize the condions for the extraction of Fructus leonuri.Methods Conditions for the extraction were studied by orthogonal experimental design as guided by the content of stachydrine present in the extract.Results Significant effect was observed in times of extraction.Conclusion The optimum condion of Fructus leonuri was to be in a stata of hot reflux with six times of 50% ethanol for there times,the time was 2h each time.

摘要:Objective:To Study the extraction process of Niaoduqing film table.Methods:The extraction effects of three processes on Rhubarb were contrasted used content determination and pharmacodynamics methods.The optimum SFE CO2 extraction conditions were studied by orthogonal test.Result:It can increase the extraction rate of active principle and ensure curative effect with the SFE CO2 extraction process on Rhubarb.The optimum SFE CO2 process condition was A2B2C2D1,and the extraction process way was designed reasonable and has directive meaning to bigproduction.

摘要:Objective:To establish a method for quality control of Buxueyiqi oral liquid.Methods:Milkvetch root,Red ginseng and Prepared fleeceflower root in the oral liquid were identified by TLC.The content of astragaloside Ⅳ in the oral liquid was determined by TLC scanner.Results:The spots in the TLC were clear and distinguishable.The linear range and average recovery of astragaloside Ⅳ were 1.01~10.08μg and 97.3%(RSD=1.14%,n=5).Conclusion:The method can be used for quality control of Buxueyiqi oral liquid.  
摘要:Objective:To establish the quality standard of Runfeizhisou capsule.Methods:Bulbus Fritillariae Thunbegii,Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae and Radix Glycyrrihizae were identified by TLC.Baicalin was determined by HPLC.Results:Bulbus Fritillariae Thunbergii,Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae and Radix Glycyrrhizae could be identified by TLC;Baicalin showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0.14~0.7μg,r=0.9997.The average recovery was 99.5% and RSD was 1.3%.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate with a good reproducibility,it can be used for the quality control of Runfeizhisou Capsule.  
摘要:Objective: To observe the effects of drug couples of Bupleurum Root and Red Peony Root(BRP), Vinegar-baked Bupleurum Root and White Peony Root(VBWP) on hyperipemia in rats. Methods: The hyperlipemia and blood stasis rat model were established by high-cholesterol diet and adnephrin injection. The changes of the lipid metabolism and platelet function were observed in differot groups. Results: In comparison with the control group, the VBWP and BRP groups reduced TC significatly, espesialy VBWP is more significant. Reduction in LDL-C, LP (a)in these groups was found(P<0.05 or p<0.01) that they are more significant in the BRP.The VBWP groups reduced TG (P<0.01). The VBWP groups inhibited the platelet activation and reduced the platelet aggregation (P<0.05). Conclusions: The BRP and VBWP had different mechanisms in regulation of atherosclerosis. Further studies are needed for elucidating the mechanism.

摘要:Objective: To study the effects and mechanisms of “kai xing san” (KXS) on ability of learning and memory in mice. Methods: Passive avoidance performance (Step-down test) and water maze methods were used to evaluate the effects of KXS on ability of learning and memory in mice. Spectrophotometry was employed to determine acetylcholine esterase(AchE) and SOD activities in whole brain. Results: In water maze, mice with memory impairments induced by Scopolamine hydrobromide took longer latency to reach the end point, while KXS can reduce the latency. In step-down test, the right time (Ts) of the mice with memory disorders is shorter than that of the normal, while KXS can prolong Ts. KXS shows activities aganist the elevated AchE activity and the decreased SOD activity in whole brain of mice with memory disorders. Conclusion: KXS can improve the ability of learning and memory in models induced by Scopolamine Hydrobromide.

摘要:Object:To study the effects of Shenmai injection on angiogenesis. Methods:Proliferation of bovine aortic endothelial cells(BAECs) were measured by MTT colorimetric assay after treated by various concentrations of Shenmai injection. The effects of Shenmai injection on proliferation of BAECs induced by conditioned medium of tumor(CM) were also measured by the same method. The effect of various concentrations of Shenmai on the migration of BAECs induced by fetal bovine serurm(FBS) or CM was investigated by agarose assay. Results:Shenmai injection significanly inhibited proliferation of BAECs induced by FBS or CM. And Shenmai injection inhibited the proliferation of BAECs in a dose-dependent manner. Shenmai injection inhibited migration of BAECs induced by FBS or CM. Conclusion:Shenmai injection can inhibit proliferation and migraion of bovine aortic endothelial cells. It is suggested that Shenmai can suppress angiogenesis.  
摘要:The results showed that Yangxinzhengmai Keli can improve viscosity of whole blood and electrophoresis time of red blood cell. Yangxinzhengmai Kli can also affect the cardiocerebral vessels and antagonize the contraction-induced by norepinephrine for the rabbit aortic ring. It can protect acute cerebral ischemia and anoxia and enhanced the volume of flow of extracorporeal coronary artery in guinea pig.

摘要:To observe immunoregulation effect of Zhong jiling to the level of IL-4 and TFN-γ in Serum of EAMG rats.Method:EAMG model in Lewis rat as induced by immunizing the rats for 3 times with the mixture of N2AchR and CAF,and randomly divided into 5 groups.The level of IL-4 and IFN-γ in serum in diffent groups was observed by ELISA method.Results the level of IL-4 and TFN-γ in serum in Zhong jiling group was obviously lower than that in model group.There was no significant difference (P<0.01).Conclusions:The mechanism of Zhong jiling to prevent and treat EAMG might be explained by lowering the level of IL-4 and IFN-γ to restrain specific immune reaction induced by N2AchR antigen.

摘要:It has been demonstrated that nitric oxide play a role in thermoregulation,but very little is known about the mechanism in yeast-induced fever and aminopyrine-evoked hypothermia in rats. We have a hypothesis that Guizhi Tang,a formulum possesses dual thermoregulatory action, may exhibit anapyrexia or anti-hypothermia action via NO. To test the hypothesis,the cytosolic nitric oxide synthase in hypothalamus in both the fever and the hypothermia rats induced by yeast or aminopyrine accordingly was determined using a colorimetric assay. The NOS activity enhanced after a s.c. yeast-injection and decreased after an i.p. treatment of aminopyrine. Reversion in NOS and body temperature were observed in fever rats after the administration of Guizhi Tang orally at a dose dependent manner. While a confusing result obtained from the hypothermia rats treated with Guizhi Tang was that a recover of body temperature paraileled a continual decrease in NOS activity.Data suggested that the cytosolic NOS in hypothalamus participates the thermoregulation in rats and may also play a role in antipyretic action of Guizhi Tang, but not in its anti-hypothermia action.  
摘要:Several decades of blood stasis syndrome animal models have been reported.This article gives a brief introduction of the parts of those animal models.Based on the pathophysiologic basis for forming the blood stasis syndrome,neuropsychic and environmental factors,weakness constitution,trauma,microorganism infection or toxin invasion,immune disorder and physics and chemical stimulations can induce different extent of blood stasis syndrome in animals.  
摘要:In this article,the recent pharmacological studies of fufangdanshen prescription、Danshen and San-qi on the platelet functions and mechanisms are summarized.Fufangdanshen prescription,the crude extract of Dan-Shen、lipophilic fractions、aqueous fractions,the total notoginsenosides、the fraction of panoxatriol saponins、the fraction of panaxadiol saponins and the ingredients of notoginsenosides(except the fraction of panaxadiol saponins)could inhibit platelet aggregation and adhesion in different levels.Many researchers also investigated the pharmacological effects on GMP-140、the system of TXA2/PGI2、cAMP、Ca2+,etc.It's valuable to write this paper for the mechanisms of fufangdanshen prescription revelations.
