摘要

对正柴胡饮的体内、体外抗病毒作用进行了研究。实验结果表明

在体外

正柴胡饮4mg/ml对所试属于RNA型的副流感病毒等6种、属于DNA型的单纯疱疹病毒等3种病毒的致细胞病变有抑制作用;在体内

对流感病毒FM1感染小鼠所致肺病变有显著的抑制作用

并能显著降低流感病毒在小鼠肺内的增殖量。

Abstract

Antiviral effect of Zheng Chaihu Yin(ZCHY)was studied in vitro and in vivo. Experimental data showed that 4mg/ml of ZCHY could inhibit the cytopathic effect induced by parainfluenza and other 5 strains of RNA virus in vitro. ZCHY also inhibited the pulmonary consolidation and virus multiplication in pneumonic mice infected with FM1 strain of influenza virus.
