摘要

观察中药复方脂血康对长期高胆固醇膳食诱发的大鼠实验性AS模型主动脉内膜中膜的形态学及血液生化学改变的影响。结果显示脂血康有效地抑制了实验动物内皮细胞的损伤和平滑肌细胞的增殖内迁

显著降低血浆总胆固醇(Tc)、低密度脂蛋白(LDLc)和脂质过氧化物(LPO)的水平

升高高密度脂蛋白(HDLc)

以及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-px)和SOD的活性。

Abstract

The effects of a compound prescription Zhixuekang(ZXK) on the aortic endothelial cell injury induced by feeding a hypercholesterol diet in rats for 48 weeks were observed.It was shown that the concentrations of total cholesterol(TC)

low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDLc)

and LPO in plasma were remarkably lowered

while the level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDLc)

and the activity of GSH-PX and SOD were significantly higher in the rats treated with ZXK than in the control rats

Pathological examination also confirmed that aortic endothelial cell injury

smooth muscle cell proliferation and migration were inhibited effectively by ZXK.
