摘要

采用家兔动脉粥样硬化（AS）模型和大鼠高脂血症模型，观察中药保心丸的作用。结果显示：保心丸能提高6－酮－PGF1α／TXB2比值；对照药诺衡无此作用。保心丸和诺衡对血液流变学均有明显改善作用，且诺衡作用更显著。保心丸可显著抑制血小板聚集，其作用与阿斯匹林相当。

Abstract

The effects of Baoxin pill was investigated in rabbits with atherosclerosis and rats with hyperlipidemia. The results showed that the pill could regulate the ratio of 6-ketone-prostaglandin F1α/thromboxane B2

while gemfibrozil as a reference drug had no such effect. The pill as well as gemfibrozil was observed to improve hemorheological parameters. Baoxin pill could also inhibit platelet aggregation just as aspirin did in the hyperlipidemia rats.
