摘要

采用二乙基亚硝胺(diethylnitrosamine DEN)诱癌观察蚤莲合剂对大鼠肝癌前病变的影响

结果蚤莲合剂能明显保护大鼠肝脏功能

降低大鼠血清碱性磷酸酶(alkaline phosphatase AKP)和肝组织匀浆γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-glutamyltranspeptidase γ-GT)的水平

降低血清肿瘤坏死因子(tumor necrosisfactor-αTNF-α)的水平

使甲胎蛋白(alpha-fetoprotein AFP)免疫组化阳性细胞数各组间有明显差异。

Abstract

In order to investigate the effects of Zhaolian Mixture on anti-tumor-promotion

we studied its influence on liver pecancerous lesion in rats induced by DEN.Results:(1) Liver function of rats was protected;(2)The levels of serum Alkaline phosphatase (AKP) and γ-glutamyltranspeptidase(γ-GT) were decreased in liver tissue;(3)The level of tumor necrosisfactor-α(TNF-α)in serum was also lowered; (4)There was significant difference in the number of positive cells between 4 groups with immunohistochemical method.
