Bergenin showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.148 5-0.396 μg (r=0.999 9); the average recovery was 98.65% with RSD of 0.92%. Conclusion: The method with good repeatability is simple and accurate

which provides a basis for quality control of the Gandujing Pill.
