摘要

目的: 测定4种基源40批郁金药材中牻牛儿酮的含量。方法: 采用反相高效液相色谱法

Eclipse XDB-C18 (4.6 mm×150 mm

5 μm)色谱柱

以乙腈-水(60∶40) 为流动相

流速1.0 mL·min-1

检测波长210 nm。结果: 牻牛儿酮进样量在0.045 8~0.687 μg有良好线性关系 (r=0.999 9)

平均回收率 (n=6) 为99.2%

牻牛儿酮含量在0.001 26%~0.224%。结论: 提供了40批不同基源郁金药材中牻牛儿酮的含量

为科学制定郁金药材的质量标准提供数据支持。

Abstract

Objective: To determinate the content of germacron of 40 batches Curcumae Radix with germacron as control. Method: The amounts of germacron were determinated by RP-HPLC method with Eclipse XDB-C18 (4.6 mm×150 mm

5 μm) column as analytical column

210 nm as detective wavelength

acetonitrile-water (60∶40) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. Result: The standard curve of germacron was linear in the range of 0.045 8-0.687 μg (r=0.999 9)

and the average recovery (n=6) was 99.2%

the range of germacron was 0.001 26%-0.224%. Conclusion: We provide the content of germacron of 40 batches of four species of Curcumae Radix is determined to provide data support for establishing scientific quality control standards.
